Can I use the 2 output shaft to actually drive the input shaft with 2 motors. What is the max torque rating (>10-12 nm?)

Yes, you can use any of the shafts to power the others. Not sure on the torque rating but it's pretty stoutly built.

sorry, it can not handle 3500-4000 rpm, it is designed for DIY and artwork creation, not recommended for high rotating speed and high torque use.

What is the actual dimensions of the box that holds the gears?

The square box itself is 2 inches x 2 inches and 1 inch tall. The stoppers on the axle rods are about 3/8 of an inch so if you need to know the total space the gear box takes up. Total size from end of axles is 4 1/2 across and 3 3/8 front to back.
