Great for immunity

For quite some time I’ve eliminated supplements in my diet, but have recently decided to add Vitamin D-3 back into the mix. Because of recent circumstances, I’ve decided to add the Vitamin D-3 with the K2 to prevent bone loss. It does help absorb any calcium I have in the foods I eat. I’m primarily on a plant-based diet and need this particular addition.During the summer I’m usually out in the sun most of the time so feel I could possibly take a pass on a supplement. The D-3 is a definite immune booster and the Ks helps prevent bone disease (or slow its process). Research is now showing that Vitamin D-3 plus the K2 is definitely something many of us could use these days. Of course, diet and exercise factor in, but I’m willing to use anything I can get.I am currently taking a capsule, but the liquid is so much easier. Many elderly individuals have problems swallowing pills to this format, if you can call it that, is perfect. This supplement has 5,000 IU I can adjust the amount I want to use easily. The amber colored bottle will prevent the vitamin from degradation. I am a regular user o D3 and K2 supplements to build my Vitamin D levels and immunity. I never saw this in drop form so selected the AdaptoZen Vitamin D3 + K2 Drops - 5000 IU .Reviewing supplements is always subjective as how it will affect others depends on your personal biology and current health condtions, what other supplements and medications you are taking, if you take with food or not as directed, length of time used, etc. Note I am not a healthcare or medical care professional. I like to think I have educated myself on key factors to look for in selecting a quality supplement and again this is my personal opinion so seek out your medical professional for specific advice.I use this supplement to boost Vitamin D level and to boost the immune system. Studies show that Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 should be taken together. The reason given is that it helps to ensure the calcium transported by the Vitamin D is absorbed by your bones where it's needed, I suggest you look up this information if interested.This is a very easy to take formula as the daily does is 10 drops This is non GMO, good bioavailability and manufactured in a GMP-Certified facility. You may find it cost effective given the amount of servings in this one unit. so I find it a good value to me.

This is a great D3 and K2 supplement. It's an oil-based formulation, so the bioavailability is higher than vitamin D and K supplements in dry or capsule form. It uses the best form of vitamin K2 (MK-7) - which offers the most cardiovascular and bone benefits, compared to K1 and MK4.The dosage is very good:*5000IU D3 (125 mcg) - 625% daily value, Ideal for daily or every other day dosing.*100mcg K2 - 83% DV. Good dose, but could be a bit higher. I would prefer 150-200mcg K2 in this.Issues:It only uses 1 form of vitamin K. Better K supplements use a blend: K1, MK-4, and MK-7. But this one only has MK-7 in it. It's still a good D/K combo supplement, but could be better.Taste:Completely flavorless, which I love. I prefer this flavorless D3 + K2 drops so much more than some other flavored ones I have tried.Thoughts:Overall it's a very good D3 + K2 combo supplement. It's a good dosage and is a high quality product. I just wish there was a bit more K2 in it, and I wish it had more than just one form of vitamin K in it.

I like the supplement drops! The flavor is stronger than expected, and much more on the olive oil side, than coconut, which makes it unappetizing to add to flavored water or smoothies, which are usually a little more on the sweet side. When I've added even a couple of drops of this supplement to anything, the flavor tends to turn a little bitter, so I've been opting for a couple drops under the tongue by themselves.

Great taste of liquid vitamin D drops. I got this because I’ve been taking straight vitamin D without k2 for years and recently found out that you need to take Vit. D with k2 to prevent deposits in your arteries. Another reason I got this one in particular is because it has a MCT oil in it, and healthy fats are needed to help metabolize the benefits and prevent kidney stones. This can be stored at room temperature too, no need to refrigerate.
