Useful but a bit uncomfortable at bench press

The media could not be loaded.  I never go out of my way to write reviews for anything, but this is one of those very rare exceptions for me. These gloves have been a true life saver for me. The level at which I train is very intense and I have torn almost all of my skin off my fingers and calluses because of the velocity of how I workout. Yes I have to tape my fingers still but I went through 5 different pair of gloves trying to help my hands to not tear my skin off all the time. I have used these gloves 5-6 days a week for almost 6 months and if you can see in my video the way I train I’m super happy with the results I got out of them. They are comfy and deliver the right amount of protection I need and for the look to they are awesome. The wrist guard is nice and comfy and doesn’t restrict any blood flow but still keeps the palms right in place where they need to be. The palm itself gives me the right amount of grip so even when I throw myself around I can catch a bar and not have to worry about slipping. The thread between the fingers has started to rip and come up but like I said, it’s to be expected for what I do. I don’t even want to go look or try out another pair, these have been my best friends and I will continue to be a Mava customer for this alone. I can’t wait to try out some of the other gym clothes they have to offer because if they are anything like the quality of these gloves I promise you you will not be disappointed. I can probably count on 2 hands how many times I’ve gone out of my way in my life to write a review but this has taken the cake. I recommend 10/10. Love the idea of them but they are, unfortunately, totally unsuited as weightlifting gloves. On any pressing exercise the strap running between the thumb and forefinger gets pushed into the tendon, causing serious discomfort. They are good for other exercises though, ie pull-ups and curls and deadlifts. As I cannot see any point in wearing different gloves for different exercises these will be going in the bin and I'll stick to regular good old gloves from now on.

Good wrist support but part of the palm isn't covered and the edge cuts into my hand after 10 minutes training.
