The pc was easy to hook up if your familiar with these type, everything is wired and easy plugin just follow instructions and you will be fine, so far everything works great, the tower is a bit heavy but it’s not plastic either it’s all steel. The windows 11 seems to run great as expected, all the accessories are fine, they are not the highest quality but work great. I don’t really know of a way to test performance because I’m not a gamer so I can’t say about performance it just works great for me

The description said it was in excellent condition, but the bottom of this computer would not stay close so it was duct taped together. This computer did not come with how to instructions for connections. This computer monitor did not come with an LED lights on the front as showing on the pamphlet, showing when it's on or stand by. This computer would not come on and stay on. This computer monitor cord was always loose, I could go and on, this computer even had a smell of cigarette smoke, I could go on and on. This computer was a nightmare I sent it back...

Looks like a gaming computer and it's not it's just like a regular PC with lights but it's really good and I'm glad I got this one it looks really nice

As soon as I plugged it in, I heard the fan it’s going out. It needs to be replaced and the jack for the headphones also needs to be replaced but other than that it’s great.

Slow download screen does not show a clean image the keyboard and mouse is wired however, the price makes it a good buy

We didn’t have any problems like most of the reviews say. It was easy to setup, the light quality is great, the price for the money is great. The speed is a little slower I’m sure that is due to not having a WiFi booster. But I’m going to get one and will update on if boosting the speed will make it run faster. My son hasn’t complained yet. It doesn’t re boot on its own so we’re good.

Orderd this item as a Christmas gift for my 9year old wanted to see how he did with it before paying $2k on a nice gaming computer. Worst purchase I've ever received off Amazon got it and 1st thing there was no keyboard or mouse I. The box contacted there customer service traight to voice-mail did get a call back an hour later and was promised to be sent the missing items however it didn't end there i decided to use a wireless set I had to check the computer out when I opened the packaging it was even worse the face of the tower just fell completely off then after lookin it wasnt even the computer I had ordered. It was supposed to be a hp elite desk the one sent was an hp rp5800 two very different cpu's. But then I open the screen looked to be a nice samsung monitor but no as soon as I unfolded the stand boom the whole base is cracked idk why I didn't stop at this point but I kept going. I used a spare keyboard and mouse to get it hooked up set up and tested starts up fine but making strange hard drive sounds get to set up screen and guess what please hook up ethernet cable no wifi wich it was supposed to have per the item description or I wouldn't have even bothered at that point I just put it all back in the box contacted Amazon for a return and went straight to ups this was yesterday now let's see what I end up going through to get my refund!

This works perfect for me. It was shipped and received ahead of schedule Very good service. Large screen so I can read it without my glasses
