This nail file is definitely made for the professional. It took me a few tries to master it, but once I did, doing my nails is no longer a chore, but a short, easy task. For those who have trouble with the attachments coming loose, take a careful look at the instructions. That's what I did when I thought the machine wasn't gripping them tightly enough. It will hold your attachments like a mother lion holds her cub once you snap and twist everything into place. I'm not into polish or adding things to my nails--I just like them to be nicely manicured, but it's good to have the special buffers and drill in case I change my mind and want to decorate my nails for an elegant occasion.The Vogue makes rapid work of toenails, which are difficult to clip sometimes without accidentally going too deep and harming the quick or the skin around them. I was even able to file down my ex-husband's toenails, which have grown thick and unmanageable over time. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with this device, which more than paid for itself first time out by doing everything one pays an expensive salon to do in the comfort of home.

I used this nail tool for the first time last night. I found it easy to hold without any strain on my hand and wrist. The 10' foot cord turned out to be a big bonus, so nice not having to find, more like hunt down an extension cord. Also, could not be more content with the customer service department. I really need my new drill to be a bit slower, (this is small but truly quite powerful). The agent was such a pleasure, only wanted to make me happy with my purchase. He felt that my drill was not performing to their standard. They went above and beyond for this lady. So glad I purchased this product over all the others I read about. You really can't go wrong buying this nail tool.

I like to review with how much money I spend on the product + my knowledge. So, as a novice non-professional I purchased this product and it is okay, however, it took forever to take the gel polish off and even then I had to do 2-3 processes with traditional filling with a hard grain file in between. This machine is okay to use as a back up or if you want to eventually learn how to use a more powerful e-file. I purchased a more expensive and powerful e-file and I see the difference now! I am glad I learned on this file and would recommend it to a novice. I am going to give this to my little friend, who is 12 and is learning how to do her own nails.

I have extremely flat feet and, regardless of the type or price of the shoes that I wear, I get callouses and corns. They can become really painful and make it more difficult to do my job. Pumice stones are somewhat effective. But, nothing compared to the grinding that professional manicurists do. I had other "foot shavers" but they were weak and inconsistent. This is perfect! I can keep my callouses down in between appointments, be in complete control of how far I shave, and I can even save a few dollars on callous removal when I get my feet done! I'm sold!

It takes a while to figure out how to remove the bits... but once you get that down, easy peasy. It's a bit to aggressive for me and I find my toe nails seem to snag easier after just a little growth. If I were less of a novice at this it would probably work a lot better.

Got this so I can do acrylics myself. Easy to use. Variable speed very helpful. Cord length is very good. For those that said they couldn't get the attachments to stay in, I suggest you hold the unit and press down a little stronger a 2nd time on the button. Seems to be a 2-stage action to release the mechanism completely for opening the chuck to hold the attachments.Other than the sanding discs, would like to know how to order any of the other files separately

Very strong drill and is perfect for removing gel, polygel, and acrylic. Unfortunately the drill bits keep falling out and no matter how hard you tighten it, they still fall out when in use.

I am so impressed by this device. Its is REALLY powerful but you can also set it to be gentle if needed. I have never been able to give myself such a quick and easy pedicure before. The variety of attachments is perfect. I can buff my heel calouses away or fix an ingrown nail, or fix a teent tiny problem like its nothing. VERY well made and perfectly built to have many uses. I love it
