NauticusSmart Tabs SX 9.5 x 10 w/80lb Actuator - White

I put these on 1995 Four Winns Horizon 190 5.0 V-8 190HP bow rider. The boat would take forever to plainout and porpoise badly with big or little chop!! Not cool! I mounted these with clear waterproof silecone and i put the bottom mount 1/2" from flat so the screws would not bite into the flat bottom, just a little higher on the transom. Check to make sure you have clearance to turn the drive when these are up or down. The Four Winns hull is unique shape so good to check on all makes. Performance! AWESOME! I hit the gas day one as I would normally and i was on plain before i could comprehend what was happening. I slowed down to a crawl and hit it again! Same thing, striaght up to plain! WHAT??? They work? What a differance. Totally new experience. The boat cruised soooo much smoother, flatter and handled better in turns. Not as much body roll/lean? I got the white ones and they hardly show. Perfect product so far. If you have a 16' to 24' footer try these! I would do it again in a minute. So impressed tubing at low speeds is now a pleasure not a nose in the sky chore!

Didn't do a thing for my boat, and that is after ordering the ones recommended in direct emails with the company owner and installing exactly as per the instructions (which was pretty easy, I will admit that). They feel cheap and like they might work on smaller lightweight runabouts that need to get up on plane more quickly on a glassy lake, but for my 22' Boston Whaler 200 HP outboard in the Salish Sea, they were a total waste of money. The total adjust-ability from side to side is minimal, even with one at it's deepest/strongest point and the other at its flattest/weakest - so compensating for a one-side list just doesn't happen whatsoever, might have made it worse. I may try just taking the weak-side one completely off to see if that makes a difference, but in general a pain in the neck and I should have just committed to metal trim tabs with power adjustment switches in the first place rather than flushing a c-note. Lesson learned, remembering once again that saving money on things for a boat rarely actually does that.

Huge difference!Greg at Nauticus provided guidance as to which set to purchase. Installation was easy, followed the provided instructions.We have a 2011 Tahoe Q5s, 19.5' long. Took out on lake for first time this year. It's like a whole new boat. No more bouncing around, cutting right through the waves and chop.Excellent addition to the boat! Highly recommend.

I have a 18ft bay boat that I installed these tabs on. I thought my boat did alright before, wow, what a difference these tabs make. Now i'm able to cut right through the waves and accomplish my cruising speed with a lower rpm. A very good alternative to the powered trim tabs.

I have an 18 ft bass boat 150 hp engine keeping the boat on plane without porpoising was nearly impossible. After adding smart tabs the Improvement on performance was remarkable. I can now run the engine at half throtle and maintain plane with no porpoising at all. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to install and absolutely amazing performance. These Smart Tabs are worth every penny. Runs through chop and wake better, get on plane quickly and nearly eliminates bow slap. 18.5' stern drive bowrider.

Work great on 2010 Tahoe 195. Lot better slow cruising control and top end increased 8 mph from 4.3 L power mercruiser.

I was searching for an easy product to correct the horrible plaining issue I was having with our 20 foot bow rider.I installed these last fall, not difficult for anyone who is even remotely handy. we just launched our boat tonight and I can still tell what an amazing difference these have made to our boats performance.Easy to install and they do an excellent job of getting the bow down in a hurry and we were paining in no time, unbelievable difference at low speeds as well, where our boat was terrible!Can’t wait to get the kids on the towable again for the next test!Excellent product and works better then expectedHighly recommended

They work but the rubber boots ripped after one summer. Need to be replaced.
