My favorite journaling inserts!
I actually first tried these through the Taroko Etsy shop. I love these inserts for my travelers notebook journal. The tomoe river paper takes fountain pens beautifully and the heavier weight of this paper can stand up to other mediums if I’m feeling “arty”. I love the fact that I have found these on Amazon it makes it easier to purchase.

Lovely!
Smooth creamy paper. Perfect for fountain pens. Sleek profile. Sophisticated little booklet. I will definitely be buying more of these.

Fantastic service, and the product can't be beaten for daily journaling and watercolor scrumptiousness.

Stapled Binding
I own both 52 gsm & 68 gsm loose leaf Tomoe River paper, and i can confirm this is the 68 gsm. However, there are only 16 A4 sheets per book (or 32 A5 pages, or 64 when counting both front/back). I did not see that information anywhere in reviews or description. That is kind of expensive for what you get, but it does save you the time to make your own. And, if you wanted to hand stitch it yourself, it would be easy enough to disassemble. It does lie pretty flat (and all pages of the book). And is nice and slimline for taking on the go. I bought as an option for a travel journal, but have not decided yet if i’m keeping. Also - some might interested to know it does not come with any writing/label on the front as shown in the description. It’s a nice mid-weight plain cardstock (that will ‘dent’)
