I like the fact that there is some science that liposomal vitamin b complex could help you to absorb more vitamin B. I have tried different B complex supplements, both liposomal and non-liposomal form. And I have to admit that liposomal supplements do work more effectively for me. Since they are more easily absorbed in the body when they pass through your small intestine.I personally prefer this b complex contains all the essential B vitamins that is necessary, that is better than only taking single one or some of B vitamins. And this tastes great kind of like citrus or orange, and it is totally acceptable since after all, it’s vitamin b complex.I am very happy for the highly absorption, my well being has improved and I have more energy. I will continue to use this product and this is definitely worth trying for you guys.

Though the taste is slightly of real vitamins and oranges, the complete list of B vitamins is included. Not just two or three which other manufacturers call a B-complex. I’ll definitely stay with this product.

When taking B vitamins it's important to know that methylated b is more bioavailable. B vitamins can pass right through the system, but the methylated form is easier for your body to use. That's the why we chose this brand.

Product has active form of B12 so you will feel more energy but I don't take daily so as not to cause a B6 or B1 toxicity due to the inactive forms of B1 and B6. Not a fan of all the hydrochlorides. If they changed the B1 to Thiamine + Benfotiamine and the B6 to Pyrodoxal 5 phosphate instead of the pyridoxine which can cause B6 toxicity actually causing a B6 shortage if taken too much, it would be a better formula. It hasn't created any issues that I can tell but I’ll keep looking for a permanent Bcomplex supplement to help with sciatica and nerve health.
