Normally on a regular pair of shoes like converse, the sizing is not as important because you have more leeway. On these shoes, you want them to fit like a literal glove so go 1/2 size smaller than what you would usually wear. For example, I normally wear a 13 so I got the 12.5-13 size. It is slightly too long so the 12-12.5 fits better. Great pair of shoes other than that.

Walk more than a couple of miles and you'll be in agony.

I wear a size 13 cowboy boot, 13 running shot, 13 walking shoe, 13 combat boots, 13 sandals... sooo, when I ordered these with the description recomending that I purchase 1 size larger as "these run small" so I ordered the recommended size of 13-14. When I got them, they were 2 sizes too big, a full inch longer than my big toe. So I returned them, and went looking for the same pair locally to try on till I found the size that fits me. I'm a size 13, but that works out to be a size 45 in this shoe, which is about 2 sizes down from 13. So good luck with all of that. Other than that, its a great shoe!

Ein ganz anderes Laufgefühl. Nach dem ersten Waldlauf hatte tagelang Muskelkater in den Waden, da offenbar Muskeln beansprucht werden, die man beim Laufen mit Schuhen nicht trainiert. Wiederholt überkam mich eine geradezu archaische Lust am Durch-den-Wald-Jagen-und-Springen. Man läuft sehr viel bewusster, sucht sich die Stellen gezielt aus, auf die man tritt.
