MyChelle Dermaceuticals Sun Shield Liquid SPF 50 Light/Medium, 1 Fl Oz

I saw all race reviews for this. Although shade was ok and zinc level high I found this very drying on skin and set into all my fine lines. Not moisturizing at all even with my own moisturizer on underneath it. It's not worth it for the amount you get and there is a strange smell that is of putting. Will stick to my other sun cream once this finishes

Absolutely love this stuff, I have sensitive and oily skin and I love the coverage this gives. I use it on no-makeup days when I want a little coverage. It has never done me wrong. Not greasy, and absorbs quickly. I can't say anything bad about it!

This was my absolute favorite sun protection for my face. I couldn't recommend it enough to everyone I spoke to about sun protection...until I started using the last bottle I purchased.At first it was a little irritation under my chin, the next time it was a little irritation under my chin AND my neck. Then it escalated to another level: itching, welts, hives, all over my neck, chin, and lower face. I couldn't imagine what it could be....until today....I woke up late, rushed to get out the door and haphazardly applied my Mychelle sunscreen without paying much attention to where I applied it. Well, you can see where I applied the product....very easily. It's where my entire face and neck is COVERED IN A RASH. I put nothing else on my face and used nothing new in my regime. This is so itchy!!That being said, no, I CAN NOT recommend this product. It used to be my favorite but they changed something in it and I'm not the only one to find out the hard way. Stay away from this stuff.

I liked the makeup foundation coverage of this product better than any other product actually marketed as a foundation for older women. I used an entire bottle over the course of a couple months and was happy with it. Around the time I was finishing up that bottle, I developed red, itchy, rash-like bumps on my face. I've never had anything like that before and didn't even consider it might be this product, because I had used it with no problem for about 8 weeks. I ordered another bottle, but didn't start using it again until yesterday (after about a 3 month hiatus from it). This morning, I woke up with red cheeks, itchy rash-like bumps all over my face and a swollen face! It's not bad enough to seek medical attention, but, sadly, I'm throwing this product away.

UPDATE***I contacted MyCHELLE customer service directly and they were great! They offered to send me a replacement bottle so I can compare the “smells” between the two. I’ve also included information from them about product ingredients that could alter the way the product smells from bottle to bottle, which may be why some people say it smells rancid and others do not.“Thank you for reaching out to us. The MyCHELLE Sun Shield Liquid Tint product does not have a fragrance added. Nor do we add deodorizing synthetics, or masking agents. However, that doesn't mean the Sun Shield Liquid Tint is fully unscented. This product will have an earthy mineral base not that varies between productions. The overall scent varies due to the use of natural safflower seeds. This plant-based raw materials odor will vary depending on the crop, time of year, location it's grown, etc. which impacts the overall scent of our final formulation.”—————————————————-I bought this product because it made the “best of” list from a vlogger I follow. Usually she is spot on with her product recommendations based on a ton of research she does on product ingredients. She never mentioned anything about a bad smell. When I got this, the product absolutely REEKED, like it’s expired, rancid, moldy, etc. I have only purchased it on Amazon, so I have nothing to compare it to. Unfortunately, the return window has closed and I can’t get my money back, but I will not use this product. As other reviewers have noted, I will try repurchasing directly from the brand website and not Amazon to see if there is a difference.

In theory, you can use this alone, but I mix it with my foundation - it makes my foundation a bit less heavy, gives my skin a slight glow, and of course, adds some sun protection. I use it every day and love it!

I’ve owned this sunscreen in the past and loved it. The tint is very subtle and I use it in place of foundation (I don’t have any skin issues so I don’t need any real coverage but I enjoy the slight evening of tones). I’m guessing they changed the formulation because there is a noticeable paint-like scent that is very strong. I will use this bottle but likely won’t repurchase because it’s really off putting.

la textura es muy líquida pero muy fácil de aplicar, se absorve muy bien y el tono para mi está perfecto, mi color de tez es morena clara así que me vino muy bien. y por los ingredientes naturales que dice que contiene el precio es realmente muy bueno.

Llego la caja rota y el frasco roto y explotó todo el maquillaje 😡😡😡

el producto es bueno pero el color es oscuro para ser light y el dispensador es de manejarse con cuidado sino un desastre
