Happy Scalp
My scalp is happy because of this brush. I purchased this brush to stimulate my scalp before styling my hair in the AM and before going to bed at night. My scalp for some reason had become very itchy. I had purchased a shampoo scalp brush prior to this purchase and thought that would have solved my problem, but it didn't. It helped, but my scalp was still itchy. I've been using this brush for about a month now and the difference in how my scalp feels is like night and day. Also, this brush is well made. I'm not sure why some say it started coming apart, but I haven't had that experience and honestly I'm not sure how it happened. The bristles are thick and can be hard if you brush to hard, but I like that. This brush stimulates my scalp wonderfully. I have short relaxed hair and I'm hoping the scalp stimulation will aide in some hair breakage I've been dealing with.

Very pleased with this purchase!
So a friend suggested this brush to me a few weeks ago. I have a chronically dry scalp and she though it would help in conjunction with a tea tree oil treatment i was using. After a week of annoyingly itchy flaky scalp (i know its gross) i broke and had to do something. So i purchased this Babyliss Scalp Massage Brush three days ago. And today it came in, packaged, and in great condition. I haven't had the opportunity to use it in the shower yet. But simply massaging my scalp (dry hair) at the end of the day . . . so relaxing! I was afraid that it would tangle in my hair, but not even a bit! The prongs are strong enough to really reach the scalp, but not hard enough to be painful. I love this! Can't wait to try this with my tea tree oil treatment!

2nd Purchase
This really cleans my scalp well. This is my 2nd purchase because the first one came apart.

I really like the product but . . .
I like the product because it works great with my long hair and is easy to hold. My only issue is that it seems to grow mold inside the handle. I have two and the one that is used much less and in a dryer environment has the most mold.

This product sucks. The problem is the brushes are too stiff ...
This product sucks. The problem is the brushes are too stiff and that they irritate the scalp. Actually it hurts to use for me anyway. I don't know who this would be suitable for, someone said baby but I would not use on any baby of mine. There are choices that work very nice, softer bristles and make the scalp feel good after a massage ie Maxsoft, Eflush which are same. I bought two and if you want a good massage for the scalp this works. Babyliss good for a horse?? lol

Really Deep Cleans Scalp and Removes Dandruff!
I used on both me and my daughters hair and scalp and it worked great for helping remove dandruff and dirt from our 4C hair. My daughter hair is very dry and coily but after using this to massage the scalp, and lightly detangle while shampooing, her hair was squeaky clean and very soft. I hope as I continue to use it it will aid in in hair growth from the stimulation of the scalp. Super satisfied so far and the price was amazing! Shipped quickly too! Will buy again!

broke after a month of occasional use
I previously purchased the more expensive Swissco brand of scalp massage brush and wanted another for the master bath. Decided to try out this brand as it was cheaper, and cheaper it was. After a short time the the bristle portion came out of the holder and this isn't the kind of brush were you can just push them back in. It will need to be glued. For the hassle, I should have just gone with Swissco again (which I've used for several years, and gifted one to my sister who also loves it), plus it has a hang string which is handy.

GREAT Scalp Massage Brush
LOVE this inexpensive jewel!!! It's an excellent massager during shampoos, conditionings and detangling. You may think that you have fingers and they work just fine, but just having all these EXTRA "fingers" really makes a difference. It's like the difference in scratching your back with your fingers vs using a back scratcher. It really feels better. This brush doesn't have any sections built in/on it that accidentally hold water, so it's perfect for any liquid usage. The handle is just right for holding it and not slipping out. LOVE IT, in ANY color! I have several, one for each bathroom.

Decent Product
it is good for your bucks for sure. As others said, its material is sorta hard in nature but not too bad. If the brush is way too soft, people would complain about it as well....

Too hard for the scalp
Pros: the handle is nice for holding.Cons: unfortunate it looks like someone has used it as it is dirty? As you can see in the photos posted at the handle part. The bristles are not at all stretchy or comfortable and is a bit too hard for the scalp! Feels like a brick is scratching my head instead of soft type of bristle that should be comforting. I don’t recommend unfortunately, and the price is too high for an add-on item that is not really worth it. Sorry to say

Very hard!
This product is a little pricey and made of a hard plastic. I bought it to use in the shower to get a deeper clean but it’s uncomfortable to use and the bristles are hard on your scalp. Definitely not relaxing to use like I imagined.
