Love my new bread machine!
I have a son that devours bread like it's candy, we go through at least 2 loaves a week of the store bought bread. We live 45 minutes from civilization, so it's not like I can just run and get bread really quick. The words I dread most are "mom we are out of bread". He is a sandwich eating machine. It really bothered me how the store bought stuff has so many preservatives in it and I wanted to make my own, but I'm working outside all day and don't have time to babysit dough and get it in the oven. I thought I would get a bread machine so I didn't have to fiddle with all of that. It takes me about 10 minutes worth of prep and I can push start and forget about it for several hours! I love that I know what's in our bread now too. I absolutely love that I can get up in the morning, start the bread machine, go work outside, and by lunch we have a loaf that's ready. And I have significantly fewer dishes to wash too than if I used my stand mixer. I've tried several of the recipes that came with the machine, the sweet bread was my favorite. I found one for Hawaiian bread that I wanted to try and I absolutely LOVE it. It's amazing for everything from sandwiches to cheese toast, or just to eat plain. I'll put the recipe at the end of this review because I had to tweak it for this specific bread machine. We are currently in the process of building a home after a cross country move so we are living in our camper and I needed something that didn't take up a bunch of room. This machine has a fairly small footprint which I appreciate. I also like the little suction cup feet on it so I don't have to worry about it sky diving off the counter. It has, in my opinion, way too many instructions lol, it was a little overwhelming at first, but I'm glad it does have so much information included in the little booklet. I kind of measure from the heart a lot and it makes it sound like your bread will go crazy of you don't measure absolutely perfect, but I've done some measuring from the heart and it's all been okay so far. Sometimes a loaf might give the viewing window a warm embrace, but that's okay. I haven't had much bread machine experience but this machine feels well made. I usually use my stand mixer but it took a tumble off of a shelf last year and when I make dough it bucks like crazy, plus it's very heavy, so this machine makes making frequent loaves sooooo much easier. I don't have to drag out the heavy stand mixer and I don't have to babysit dough, win-win. I haven't had any trouble removing the bread from the pan either, it slides right out every time. It kinda sucks that the paddle leaves such a big "belly button" in the bread, but I'll take that trade off. I've seen where some people stop and remove the paddle before the bake cycle but I don't have time for that. If I was giving it as a gift I might bake it in another pan in the oven, but for daily use I can deal with the belly button. I haven't used the mix function yet but I'm looking forward to that. My sister in law uses her bread machine mostly for mixing and loves it. I might try it when I make my garlic knots next time since my poor stand mixer is having a problem. Here is the recipe for the Hawaiian bread. It's amazing! 3/4 cup (6oz) pineapple juice (canned not fresh) 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp melted butter 6 tbsp milk 2 1/2 tbsp honey (or more! Measure w your heart!!) 3/4 tsp salt 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast Warm all wet ingredients except the egg to about 115 degrees, add to bread pan, then add egg. Add flour, make an indent in the flour and add the yeast. Run program #3 for sweet bread, 2lbs, light crust. You have to try this stuff it is so good!!

Love it. Works like a charm.
UPDATE March 2025: I’ve been consistently using this bread machine once a week since I got it at Christmas and I still love it. So easy. Works great with consistent results. I bought the No Fuss Bread Machine cookbook by Michelle Anderson on Amazon which has so many fantastic and easy recipes. I highly recommend getting that to expand beyond the booklet that comes with this machine. It has been totally worth the price. I love justifying my bread consumption with the fact that my homemade bread has nothing unnatural in it. Buy good quality, organic if you can afford it, bread flour. I like King Arthur brand. I got this for Christmas 2024 and in the past two weeks since I received it, I've made three loaves of bread and they have turned out great. I'm what you might call a "wing it" non-detailed oriented cook and baker and as a rule, NOT winging it and paying attention to details are pretty darn crucial when baking so making bread intimidated me. But this machine honestly makes it so easy. You just add the ingredients, press a few buttons and in 3 hours you have amazing fresh baked bread. I followed the basic bread recipe and the rye bread recipe in the booklet that came with the machine and they were delicious. Just read all of the directions in the booklet especially order of ingredients and being precise when measuring. There are plenty of functions but I've only used basic and rye bread settings so far but I am excited to try out the other ones like pizza dough and even yogurt. The machine is very easy to setup out of the box and clean. My only concern is getting the bread pan out of the machine. You have turn counter clockwise a little hard and yank it and then it doesn't ever really feel like it "clicks into place" when you put it back in, but honestly for the price, it is a great little kitchen appliance and works like a charm.

Best machine, EVER!
I owned for 17 years the bread machine that everybody totes as the best the best, you know the one that starts with the letter Z??!! I'm probably the first in history that's going to say I had nothing but problems with it and I had the top of the line one. First of all the bread pan coating peels within 7 to 8 months of consistent use and the paddles do the same oh and let me mention to replace the bread pan it's close to $90 and the paddles well you can guess that price is up there as well. I didn't want to spend after the machine finally went out that kind of money again. I just didn't see the purpose of it, especially I like to take my dough out shape it and work it the way I want, I don't like the crust that bread machines create when baked inside of them. I just had a good feeling about this elite gourmet machine and I thought let me give it a shot and boy am I impressed! I don't know what it is, it brings out such a beautiful tasting and flaky crust and texture, just amazing I can't even explain it! Although, I like to take the dough out and not have it baked inside a bread machine I did bake a few loaves in the elite gourmet and they came out really well. This machine outshines when using just the dough setting. I felt that Z machine that everybody totes is the best over kneaded the dough to the point it fermented it and made it very yeasty and dense tasting and this elite gourmet does not do that! I will say one caveat to this machine is do not overload it, it does its best with smaller amounts of flour in my experience I feel no more than four cups and that's pushing it. For the money I can get six of these for the price of one of those others. LOL I think for me more than having the best the best that the industry puts down your throat is how does it make your bread taste is your bread fluffy and squishy and have that nice creamy taste not yeasty fermented taste then this machine is for you! I use the exact same recipe in both brands of machines and believe it or not both loaves tasted and texture was completely different. I can be very fair here in my review since I owned the other one for 17 years and actually repurchased a new one and was very unhappy and returned it and actually bought a second one of the Elite Gourmet for backup. It's a little noisy compared to the other one I'm talking about, this one is nice and light has suction cups on the bottom so it doesn't jiggle around, it's so easy to set. I'm literally in love with this machine and financially wise I could do any of them and this one won me over! I did get the mint color, so much prettier in person and how cute they put a fork and spoon inside their leaf logo just a little detail that makes it not like any of the others. I've never seen a company put more effort into the packaging the plastic the cardboard so the machine arrives to you in perfect condition, no scratches no dents just a company that really takes its time to put that attention to detail!

Not Your Mother’s Bread Machine!
My mom had a clunky bread machine back in the 90’s- she would love this new one! It’s compact and makes a max of a 2-lb loaf (about 10-12 thin sandwich slices). It’s super easy to use, and the recipes in the manual are great! Plus I love the pretty mint color! It’s definitely a set it and forget it type of process- put the ingredients in as listed in the recipe, turn it to the type of bread, crust color and weight you wants , and you’re good! It has an automatic turn off option or a timed warmer depending on your preference too. The parts are NOT dishwasher safe but very easy to hand wash. Great purchase for making bread for my family!

Just stick to the Basic setting.
This is my fifth bread machine so I'm pretty familiar with all the features and settings. The Elite Gourmet is a decent bread machine and I tried the Basic setting for my first loaf and followed the recipe in the book and it came out perfect. That being said I wanted to see what the difference between Basic (3 hours) and Sandwich ( 5 hours) would be. And the only result I came up with is that the Sandwich just takes 2 more hours. The loaf came out the same. Despite what seemed to be longer proofing, which they label as "Fermenting" on the Sandwich setting the loaves were practically identical in crust and overall bread texture. So, I'll stick with the Basic setting. I tend to make two types of bread, Basic and Cinnamon Raisin Bread. I don't tend to use a bread machine for much else but it still beats buying expensive store bought bread that's been sitting on the shelves for a week. I really didn't want this bread machine in the light green color but it's kinda grown on me. It's smaller than most bread machines out there but it works well. Get yourself a good bread knife and you'll have breakfast in no time.

Wonderful overall, and it's a worthy investment
I absolutely LOVE this bread maker! My husband and I have been using it almost daily since we got it, since the bread gets eaten so fast! It is really convenient to use, and the quality of the machine and any provided tools are wonderful. It has recipes in the guidebook for many types of bread, as well as random things like pizza dough or jams. It can make 1, 1.5, or 2 pounds of bread. The loafs come out beautifully, and it's very similar to if I made bread by hand! I accidentally bought normal flour instead of best-for-bread flour, and it still worked amazingly. Since it is a bread maker, it will leave a hole in the bottom of your bread, but I personally have no issues with it. The guide that comes with the bread maker includes a lot of troubleshooting tips for every issue I have ever needed help with. It can tell you how to fix your bread if it is too sticky, too flat, or a variety of other issues. The bread maker is very easy to clean. The product is handwash only, but for me that is no bother. It is easier for me to clean than normal pots or pans. It is a very convenient size, and it sits nicely on a counter and can fit under a cupboard easily. It is important to read all the instructions before using, since some things may affect the loaf that comes out. You do need to watch the machine for the first five minutes of it mixing the ingredients to make sure everything is getting mixed and nothing is stuck to the sides, but after that you can leave it alone until the bread is done! In the instructions, it states this, but since the pan is nonstick, only wooden, plastic, or rubber tools should be used to adjust anything within it. The machine will warm your bread for up to an hour after baking. The bread will only take 3 hours and 5 minutes maximum to make (that time is for a 2lb loaf). The bread maker can also defrost or cook normal food items, making it very versatile! The photo attached is the first loaf I ever made with it.

Bread mad easy, I love this thing
It's hard to find some of the specialty bread around here, so this is making things interesting. You select the recipe from the manual, put the machine on the type and weight of loaf that you're making, add the ingredients, and set back and let the machine do its job. It does the mixing, rising, and baking perfectly. The machine is easy to clean up, twist the pan and lift out, and then fish the mixing knife out of the load if it's stuck in it or out of the pan.

FIRST LOAF! I'm happy!
It works! Basic 2lb recipe white bread, medium crust, FIRST LOAF Pretty quiet, didn't "walk" - the loaf hit the glass so the top didn't brown evenly but it is well cooked; I'll probably pull back on the ingredients next time or try a smaller loaf size but I like the machine - pretty teal color is a bonus!

Very bad experience with this product. Not recommending others to buy this product.
I bought this international product very gladly through Amazon in May 2024. Used it twice or thrice only as instructed in the manual. After that it didn't work. It is very disappointing that I waste 21000/- on this product. Suggesting everyone not to buy this brand bread maker. It is totally wastage of money. As I have complained about it's improper functioning but there is no response from seller side. Now what to do with this machine. I didn't buy this product only for kneading but also to bake the bread. This machine spoiled lots of dough. After fermentation it doesn't work. It is very disappointing to buy product from Amazon also. They are also not helping me in replacing this product. I don't demand my money, only wanted to give a technically fit product. Help required.....
