I like the product because I was looking for something that was not electric. The problem was that it took SOOOOOOOO long to figure out how to set it up. I even had a handyman come in to set it up and he couldn’t figure it out. We ended up calling the number on the back on the product to figure it out and we did within 2 minutes. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the item doesn’t have a door stopper so we now need to order another product for our door to make sure it stops when we close it. But overall, it’s a good product.

It didn't fit very well in my door so we couldn't install it. However, it was very simple to pick a code and set that up. I just watched the video and it helped alot.

I love this lock. It's easy to install. You have to remove the lock to change the code which I like because I don't have to worry about batteries or keys to get in and out of my garage. Makes my life so much easier.Side note...I wouldn't use this on a door to my house as its not easy to change the code. You can only have one code at a time and if for some reason the code gets to people who shouldn't have it, it's not easily fixed.For me personally, for the garage, I love this lock.

Lock is great quality. Only problem is the misrepresentation of the key.First image that promotes this lock clearly shows a keyway for a dimple lock. The others show standard keyways.For clarity, the lock you will receive is a standard pin tumbler keyway. Not a bad thing, but not as hard to pick by an amateur.

Seems like a great lock. Mounted just fine on our front door that is a left hand lock (from the outside). Our back door is the opposite (lock is on the right hand side when viewed from the outside). I was able to mount it by flipping the lock slider upside down, but it interferes with the door jamb in that configuration and will not close. This may just be a peculiarity of our particular door, but it does not seem like it is really meant to be used on either side.

The Combo Key lock is not accurate and does not always work...it can be tough to also change the combination if needed.For ex. if I put a combo of 1234, you can also open it with any variations of those 4 numbers...meaning if I punch 4321 the door will also unlock, or 2341, or 3421, etc...If deciding between this and a wireless one, I would get the wireless and save some headache.

Nice lock. I install dozens of lock every year.Pros: no batterySimple installationCons: right hand lock only. To install left hand, you would have to flip the deadbolt. Doing so may leave a noticeable gap on the inside, as the inside rosette is smaller than your typical lock.Also the combination is good to accessing common area, but for something more private, you would want a digital lock with a battery. You just have to punch any of the 6 corresponding keys to unlock the door, there's 12 keys total, so probability-wise, it's not 8000 unique combinations. It's actually 1/4148 chance of unlocking your door. To put that into context, the chance of guess a 4 digit code in the correct order would be 1/10,000. Or a 6 digit code in the correct order would be 1/1,000,000.Also because I had to install this on a left hand door, you have to turn the knob in the opposite direction that you normally would with a standard lock. That caused me to graze my knuckle on the number pad and made a small gash.Overall, I like the concept alot. I will be returning these specific mechanical lock for another brand on Amazon. I'm going to use these locks in common areas of my rental property.

This exact lock was reviewed by YouTuber The Lockpicking Lawyer (under a different brand name, which this came boxed as)It is not a great lock, and anyone with a little know-how can easily defeat it. It also has a slightly longer than normal deadbolt which makes installation in place of other deadbolts a bit more involved.That said, I'm using it on an interior door for the room with our gun safes, as strictly a "nosy guest" deterrent so it works great for my application, and there's nothing close to the price point that would have filled this need.

Bought this because our usual password lock kept running out of battery. This is good because it doesn't require any batteries. Setting it up was a little confusing but we figured it out eventually. The major issue is this lock is very tough and hard to open because it is mechanic. Makes sense for the price just wish it was easier to open. The elderly in my house have difficulty opening it because it's hard to twist.

Very easy to install with a bit of patience. Used on an inwards opening door that are original to my 1885 built home. The other reviews diss on the lock itself too much rather than their own installation tactics or drill holes/door function.If you are looking for a solid lock, that is to protect something serious, don’t opt for this. Spend bigger, these are very easy to pick. In situations like mine, to keep roommates out of your room without taking keys everywhere, works perfectly. Not recommended for exterior/outdoor locks for this reason.In my opinion, well worth the $70. But I only recommend it for an interior door and if it’s not a serious situation, more of a deterrent. Locks only keep out the honest people.

Good lock, but too bad, no key duplicate service in North America. The seller should have warned buyers about key duplicate service.
