Delivered in room temperature not frozen
Nothing wrong with the product but when Amazon delivered it wasn’t even cold. Was in room temperature. Not sure if it got spoiled or not. Others delivered it with frozen items.

Easy to use & tastes good
Simplified cheese shredding for a variety of cooking - grilled cheese, pasta, omelette, and etc. Needs to be stored at right temperature so that it doesn't catch frost, when it's too cold, or go bad, when it's not cold enough in the fridge. It tastes like the mozzarella cheese I've had over the years, everything very cheesy about it - mild smell of mozzarella cheese & individual shredded cheese strands. Cheese shreds for this price is more like a steal.
