During the special period, everyone need to strengthen immune system. The VC is the best choice for me. Usually I take two tablet for one day. I prefer taking tablet because that is easy to take. Will reorder.

the taste is harsh but I've gotten used to them. It's my own fault I can't swallow pills so this is fine. I like the big quantity and happy its sugar free.
