I have spent all my life searching for the perfect product - I have tried all kinds of wax ...
It really does work! And with minimal pain! Seriously - I had to have my hairdresser wax my lip, because I was too much of a weenie to do it myself because of the pain. I am now able to do it myself! I have also done my legs, with very little pain. As a hairy person, I have spent all my life searching for the perfect product - I have tried all kinds of wax and devices, but could never tolerate the pain. I am well on my way to having smooth, hair-free skin! It works on both the fine hairs, as well as the more coarse hairs. Love, love, love this product!

Painful.
This was seriously one of the single most painful experiences of my life and I've broken bones before. It got maybe 25% of the hair, I had leftover pieces everywhere that took 25 minutes to rip off one by one, and I seriously had to use like half the bag on one calf. It did rip off some hair though (in a definitely not fun way) so I'll give it 2 stars. I'll give it one more go after I drink a few shots of whiskey to numb myself and I'll post an update but all in all, I'm not really a fan.

Painful, smelly, & definitely not wax...
This is not painless. This is the absolute exact opposite of painless.I have waxed my legs for years because I am unable to shave without having terrible rashes and irritation. I have had salon waxing and I have waxed at home on numerous occasions. This is quite possibly the most pain I have felt. In addition to the fact that it is painful, it has a harsh chemical smell. This is not wax, it is plastic. Part of me fears that it will cause me to have some sort of chemical evolution and I will start growing toes from the tops of my thighs. (The one place I was able to do, because of the intense pain)Overall, this was my experience with the hard wax beans. There are tons of videos on YouTube, proceed with caution.

Works... but not very well.
Works well on my face, but doesnt work at all on my legs which is why i actually bought it. It just breaks apart very easily and only grabs a couple of hairs. Bought two bags, but going to return the other one for a better product.

the beads melted really fast and they do a good job of removing hair
A little goes a long way. I only put about an inch in the bottom of my heater unit and it is probably going to last me a year! the beads melted really fast and they do a good job of removing hair. Pay attention to applying it with the direction of the hair follicles and then pulling from the opposite direction. It stings! Be ready!

Not As Painful
It does work! It's not as painful as I remember waxing to be. The process is pretty simple and the wax comes off (fairly) painlessly. I used it on my underarms and it got about 90% of the hair...most likely operator error as it was difficult to put on at that angle. I also used it on my legs with only 2-days worth of growth from not shaving and it worked very well. I would suggest buying a wax warmer and NOT microwaving the wax because THAT part was a pain...had to reheat too many times.

These don't work very well and have an awful plasticky ...
These don't work very well and have an awful plasticky smell when heated up. I have 3 other waxes (hard and soft) at home and I would not buy this one again. The only upside is that it heats up very quickly because they come in the form of small beads. However, I feel weird putting this on my skin because the smell is just so strange compared to my other waxes. Not to mention, it simply doesn't work well enough for me to want to compromise.

Great product, but not for me.
Great product, even better if you have invested in a wax warmer. I went the double boiler route. If I could bring myself to wax myself again, I would continue to purchase this product. However, I am a wimp and cannot inflict this kind of self torture. I need someone else to pull the strip.
