5159 Underwater Motor

It does exactly what it's supposed to do, I just wish it had a little more power, I ended up using both of them to make a DIY swimming duck decoy. It'll definitely do, but a model that takes 2 batteries would be nice.

This is an easy-to-use submersible motor. The battery, a double-A, is placed deep inside a waterproof socket to keep it dry. The motor has only one speed, although that can change as the battery depleted. I bought it to power my model ship, and it works great. The torpedo features an adjustable rudder so vessel can make turns. Just be aware that once you release the boat, it's on its own.

We put this item on the bottom of the Storage Container Playmobil ship and I was immediately struck by how fast it enables the ship to go. There is only one speed. There is a rudder, but even with that it's slightly challenging to direct where the boat will go. It slides on the bottom notch of the ship easily, however the batteries seem to run out a bit faster than I would have thought. Great overall value though to add power to your Playmobil!

Keep him busy in a bath with his Playmobil boat. I have this one for a year and still a very good shape. No issues 1 year later

Purchased along with their shark rescue set. This was the perfect thing for bath time! Works well so far and my son has literally begged to take a bath just so that he can play with his new Playmobil set (this motor attaches to it).

My 7 year old son loves this boat motor for his Playmobil ships and rafts. It came all the way from Germany to Canada, but shipping was surprisingly fast once it was sent. Recommend.

it's a good thing to have my 4 year old loves it, fits great on the pirate raft! I did find ours went backwards at first when I first turned it on (which has nothing to do with direction of motor as it can only slot on the bottom of the raft one direction) it's to do with which way round you put the battery in believe it or not so I took the battery out and turned it around put it back together now it goes forward! sends raft zooming up and down the bath tub.

Convient très bien au bateau Playmobil, fonctionne bien avec une pile standard non fournie. Construction sérieuse. Transforme le bateau déjà bien en très bon amusement pour les enfants. Je recommande.
