Q: I don’t see a size chart on the add? Anyone know?

My husband wears a size 15. I ordered thr XL. They fit nice and tight. I would say 10-12 order large. Anything bigger get XL.

Q: Can someone explain how you are supposed to use the two fabric straps? I guess they’re for tightening but there's no obvious place to put them.

The straps are not for use with gators, as one person mentioned, or at least were not designed for that purpose. They are meant to secure the cleats to the boots, at the top. After putting on one of the cleats, the strap goes on top the foot there you normally have shoe laces. It loops around the rubber part of the left cleat and the right cleat to hold those two pieces of rubber together. It essentially tightens (or holds in place) the rubber straps on the cleat to the lace area of the boot. You may find that the straps are not needed if the cleats already fit tightly to your boots.

Q: I wear a size 10 women's. What size should I get?

Look at the sizing chart. Hubby wears a 15 and we got the largest size. They need to fit tight or they won't work.

Q: Can it be used on slippery sand gravel hills?

I would think so. They have little teeth that grab like the old chains for tires used to have. Very effective on the dirt/ice here
