I apply in almost dry hair every morning after a shower, using the amount it takes to feel it covering the palms of my hands after it's rubbed around for a few seconds. I start by my cowlick-of-doom and work my way forward, easily getting volume and a textured look, and then I run my palms on the sides from front to back. Finally, I make sure there's a bit done at the back of my head so it doesn't look forgotten.This stuff's new to me and I've used similar pastes and muds and waxes in the past, but I guess I've just learned what it took for my hair. This lasts me all day and I will hunt down and violently tickle anyone who messes up the future production of this product (my sentence-fu appears strong today).My hair is straight, dense (lots of it), and fine as frell, and I'm finally learning what to do with. I wear it short on the sides with some length on top that's lightly textured, and keep it trimmed on the sides every 3 weeks - it grows out fast and it will show very easily when it needs a trimming. I always go home and shower after a haircut because the fine hairs get under my shirt and make me itch. Hope that helps you understand my rating.

I've been using this product for almost 10 years. All you need is 1/2 a finger pad's worth of product. It has the perfect amount of hold so it doesn't lose it's form or look like Lego hair. After it dries your hair will have a healthy non-greasy look. I have somewhat short hair and a can lasts about 6 months for me using it everyday.

The media could not be loaded. Nothing, we love it I use a little bit of product and dissolve it on my hands . It works for my boy with straight hair and for my boy with curly hair it gives it volume when it dry I really like it.

If you have thin hair, these stuff will weight your hair down. Unless that's what you are looking for. As for me, I have thin hair and with a comb over style, i wanted to add more volume to my hair, but this stuff does the opposite of that. If you have thin hair are has a comb over style and is looking to add some volume to it, get the Cremo brand paste. It will not weight your hair down like this stuff here.

My hair has been thinning out for a few years now, and I have tried a different hair product each time I ran out of the previous one because I wasn't happy with any of them. I will be sticking with this one. It holds but does not paste my hair down to my scalp. And it last all day.
