I was recommended by my primary care physician to try this supplement to try to get off of my prescription strength antidepressant and gosh has it worked 100X better! While on Zoloft (setters line) I found myself tired all the time and I sometimes felt even worse than prior to taking the med. After starting relora, I'll never go back! I have been Zoloft free for 2 months and I'm loving it! Anyone who has depression/anxiety/stress/bad eating habits and etc, I would recommend this to! I have nothing but great results and I recommend it to my whole family. Also if you are switching from a prescription to relora, it takes a couple days longer to start working to get the normal levels back on track but less side effects and I feel so much better about myself and the things going on around me!

I'm loosing weight, so feel very hungry sometime and stressedd in my brain. This can help me to reduce my stress and reduce my appetite. However, kind of more sleepy after taking it. Recommend you guys take it at night, that can help you go to sleep easier.

I workout a lot and it increases my cortisol and made it hard to sleep. I have been taking two pills a night since the product arrived and I was able to sleep through the night for at least 8 hours. It made it easier for me to fall asleep too. Will definitely order again.

I was very excited to try this product. Everyone is raving about it. The first time I took it, I took one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one before bed. That was what someone had recommended. I noticed that I seemed a little "itchy" but it wasn't anything abnormal. However, as with all supplements I should have paid attention and also started more cautiously. The next time I took it I noticed that I itched more. It was random so I waited a few days to see if it was indeed the Relora. The next time I took it once before bed I woke up in the middle of the night itching from head to toe. There were red rashes all over my body. They lasted two days and got worse into the evening. They were raised like hives and even cortisol did not touch the itch. My daughter finally brought me some Benadryl. They stopped spreading and the itch subsided enough so that I could sleep after the Benadryl made me drowsy. The third day I could still see traces of red patches but the majority of them weree faint. I think it is a wonderful product and have 3 friends that love it for many reasons. That is why I gave it 4 stars. However, there is something in it that I reacted to and I just want people to be aware and to start taking it carefully as you should with any new product. It does contain Berberine which has some great benefits, but please read the warning for pregnant women. I should have erred on the side of caution.

My friend turned me on to Relora. I usually take 1-2 capsules in evening to help my body to relax and mentally calm down to help me sleep.

Proprio quello che mio fratello cercava,io non ne capisco niente ma mio fratello che è un palestrato mi ha chiesto di comprarglielo su amazon, perchè nei negozi normali non lo trovava.Mi ha detto che è arrivato abbastanza in fretta e che era tutto ok.Gli ho chiesto se il prodotto lo soddisfasse e mi ha detto che è perfetto ... quindi posso solo dire tutto bene
