One of my favs. Been using for almost 2 years now. It actually works and when I’m not on it, I notice. This is good if you have IBS too. It definitely helps with bloating. If you’re looking to relate, I’m 28yo 5’2 Black Female, my weights fluctuates from 130-140 (intentionally) meaning I’m very healthy, eat lots of veggies and fruit, meat in moderation and try my best to stay consistent in working out

This is a great probiotic. Purchased for my mom after hospitalization from antibiotics wiping out her gut biome. Doctors didn’t know how to treat her so we concluded that it was her belly and lack of good bacteria that was causing severe diarrhea. This product along with natural herbs (slippery elm, physillum husk & goldenseal) got her gut back to health within 3 days. She continues to take it for gut health.

This capsule was a help in digesting food Solgar had a digestive pill that worked so well but it was discontinued I called and asked about it and they said this was similar. I use this and Comfort Zone they both help

Did not know I needed this type of product BUT it made a world of difference in my overall well being.

I find this as well as Solgar's probiotic without enzymes to be the best. I have tried many brands and this causes no bloating nor digestive problems. I have been using Solgar brands since the 80's and hoping they continue with their probiotic blend. They arrived fresh (great expiration date) and fast via Prime. Priced well on Prime too.
