Best, Most Convenient Splint for Boxer's Knuckle/Saggital Band Tear
I have a saggital band tear (Boxer's Knuckle) in my middle finger on my dominant hand. The injury was painful and obnoxious, and as a busy mom of six I needed a splint of some sort fast! I ordered this splint, and was later recommended the same one by a doctor. I love this splint! Initially I thought the material would bother me, but it has been totally fine. The velcro band is adjustable making it fit well, but also allowing it to slide on and off easily for hand washing or other activities. It reduces movement in the offending knuckle, but still allows to me grasp objects and perform all of my tasks (something I was unable to do before). It has been two weeks since my injury, and I can tell it is healing well by consistently the splint. Other splints and DIY fixes totally compromise the hand or become cumbersome and time consuming in use, but not this one. It also washes and dries well to remain sanitary. The material has held up well to every day use and washing. I bought a second one so that I always have a clean splint. Lastly, this splint is very affordable! If you have Boxer's Knuckle this is your fix. I highly recommend it.

Gentle Support That Helps Fingers Move Better
I’ve been using this trigger finger splint daily to manage stiffness and discomfort in my middle finger, and it provides steady support while allowing me to keep up with light tasks around the house. The splint helps keep my finger straight without feeling too tight or restrictive, and the soft material makes it comfortable for extended wear. Adjusting it to fit my finger was simple, and it stays in place well through normal activities. It does feel a bit bulky under gloves, so I mostly use it at home, and it takes a little getting used to when sleeping with it. It’s an effective, thoughtful tool for easing tendon tension and supporting finger movement.

It works, but you have to be consistent
I have trigger finger. I’ve had this brace for a long time. It will work. At least it did for me. You have to be consistent though. You have to wear it every night. I consider it part of my bedtime routine, like brushing my teeth and putting in the bike guard I have to wear at night. It took a while, but it did fix my trigger finger. Eventually, though it will start hurting your finger at the very top of the brace and the very bottom because while you’re sleeping, even though you can’t fully bend your finger, you’re still moving. The padding will wear away and the stiff plastic started to hurt your finger and your palm. Rather than try to fix it by padding it with Band-Aids, like me just replace it. If you stop wearing it, your trigger finger will come back.

Works great!
These splints work great. Way better than the whole finger models as it gives your hand much more flexibility. The pain is typically in the first joint not the rest of the finger. I wear it to bed every night and when driving. Pain is largely gone.

Works well
This splint is reasonably comfortable and easy to get on and off. I used it consistently for a couple of weeks then off and on as needed. It made a significant difference in my pain and mobility.

Product was good, just didn’t meet my particular needs.
The product was FINE, but for my particular condition (trigger finger of my left ring finger) it didn’t immobilize my ring finger at the joint where I was told to immobilize it, which is the joint where your finger attaches to your hand. If there was another strap that wrapped around your hand to hold the splint in place, it would have worked better for me. I ended up getting a new splint with another strap as described above, which worked better for my situation. But this product was well made and arrived when promised.

Great!!!
This worked great for my trigger finger. I work on the computer all day and I can continue to type and do my job with this splint. And my trigger finger is healing because I am taking the pressure off when I am doing my computer work. Very comfortable fit and I highly recommend.

Helps control pain
This little splint has really helped ease the pain at the base of my trigger finger. I wear it almost continuously. I did purchase a second one right away because I got the original one wet and knew I needed a spare. The only complaint I have about it is the splint part is pretty long on my small hand and sometimes rubs into the soft part of my palm if I’m writing or using my hand for intricate work.

The sooner you start using it, the better for your finger.
Imobilises the finger joint at the base of the palm to rest and heal it. Does not hamper computer keyboard operation. You hardly know it is there and can continue using your hand for all jobs except if it gets wet. My trigger finger symptom diminished within a day of my wearing it.

Better than expected
I wasn't expecting much, especially for the price. So it definitely exceeded my expectations. The inside has a felted feeling material, then a thin but dense foam, which is just enough padding to make it comfortable. The metal inside in fully enclosed. You have to try to find an edge, so it's not going to happen just on its own. The metal itself feels solid. No give at all. The outside is a rougher material. I assume to be able to last longer. It doesn't touch the hand, so that's fine. The strap is easy to adjust, and once set up the correct size, I just slip the whole thing on and off without having to redo it. It doesn't fully stop movement of the finger. The inward curl is reduced by about 70%, which also means the joint doesn't get cramped because it can move a bit. I find that I can still do things with the hand while wearing it, like hold a phone or lift a glass. Only two complaints: The outside rougher material can trap pet hair, but is easy to clean. The bottom edge where the materials are sandwiched and sewn can feel a bit stiff, but a little curling pressure from the inside sorts that out. I've worn this every night, on my middle finger, since purchase, and have only woke up to a cramped/"triggered" finger once. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a splint.

Trigger finger happy
Having trigger finger in my little finger is a real pain in the little finger. This splint does the job and I am ready to fulfil my dreams as a Wild West cowboy shooting baddies without discomfort.
