Purchased this for our dealership. Seems very safe and the app works so far with no issues to open the door. Makes us feel safe about our keys and passed all the required things for our insurance.

The key box works great as storing my keys. It was easy installing but the app to work with the key box is terrible.

Great product.

Needed a sturdy and slim key holder that I could place inside my office library shelf doors. Just the right fit and allows me to put lots of keys (some of which are bulky and long or clunky. While slim it offers plenty of room and the 3number lock/keys combo is a convenient feature. Should I forget the 3 digit pin... I have a backup key to open and reset the pin.

This box is very user friendly. I love the way it actually organizes your thought process. How to set up the keys in the way it would be more efficient for you. For you to be able to expedite the keys you are looking for. Very effiecient.

Mounting issues. App issues. Keyboard issues. Attempted to return....impossible. Get a different one. Junk!

I use many key boxes throughout my house to keep keys secured and to keep my kids away from keys I don't want them to have access to. This box is strong and the combination lock works well. What I don't like about this box is 1) where the holes are to secure it to the wall... and 2) where the combination lock is located. The key box only has 2 holes to secure it to the wall and they are located a little more than half way up the box. If someone had the right tools, the box could easily be pried off the wall. If 2 more holes were added to the lower half of the box, this would make the key box much more secure on the wall. The other potential problem with this box is that the locking mechanism is about 1/3 of the way from the bottom. So when the box is locked, you can grab the top of the box and pull the front cover forward just a bit. It is not enough to open the box, but it is enough that if someone had the right tools with them, they would be able to pry the box open with minimal effort. This is not a box to store sensitive keys, such as to a safe or gun box. But this box is fine for storing general use keys. If these two issues were fixed, I would give the box 5 stars, but with the security issues it currently has, I can only give it 3 stars
