I'm a beginner skater and I was looking for comfortable steady skates. After researching several brands, I bought the top 4 I thought would work for me without breaking the bank. I got these Papaison $60, Roller derby Cruz $62, Candy girl $70, Tuosamtin $110. So far, Papaison takes the number 1 pick. Most comfortable and best rolling feel. I like the quality as well. They have all around padding that wraps around the ankle. The adjustable toe stopper is also a plus because i can adjust them to where i want them. They fit true to size, order half size down. If you wear size 8.5 get an 8. Overal, they look very chic and classy, perfect fit. I love them. Second choice are the Candy girl also very comfortable. They are made of soft sued that mould to your feet as you break them in. Third are the Tuosamtin. They are comfortable but i do not like how they roll. They also feel bulky. Roller derby Cruz have good esthetics but they are not comfortable. They are so hard and no cushion on the inside. The tongue digs into your ankle. They hurt my feet just trying them on. For beginners, I recommend the Papaison. Best skates, you will not go wrong with these. They are also the best bang for your bucks. I hope this helps someone trying to find good skates.

I haven't roller skated since I was a kid. I bought these because I wanted to have that feeling again of being a roller skates and just having fun. Took this to the roller ring and used them outdoors on the sidewalks and it works perfectly well and both areas

I love these skates! The fit is so comfortable and the wheels glide so nicely on the skate rink. The sole has a nice comfortable insole and the skate is not stiff I’m so glad I purchased them.

Awesome durability, easy to maneuver, look great too. The old school kind of look is great but they left some more modern elements for us in there. Not a pro pair by any means and definitely not for derby but they can handle rink or outdoor use wonderfully.

The skate is a very comfortable and nice rolling skate. Inside of boot has very soft leather. The wheels are not super hard so can be used inside or outside.
