SHRM-CP Exam Flashcard Study System: SHRM Test Practice Questions & Review for the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional Exam (Cards)

After much research for a more affordable yet still reliable SHRM-CP study system, this was one of the only flash card systems available with a good review. Despite a few noticeable typoes, the content itself is solid. The fact that I had to validate and look up those terms in my HR text books, I think help commit those concepts to memory and pass the SHRM-CP exam on first try. I used these flashcards and access to as many of the SHRM practice exams I could get. I self-studied diligently over a 2 month period and successfully passed the exam this past Friday!

The products overall are amazing Study systems for long-term studying. However, considering that there is so much information to learn, it's not as easy to remember everything. For example, the flashcards are great, but it's hard to remember every single thing that you need to study because there is an overabundance of information per flashcard, which I found to be just as overwhelming as it is helpful.

I wish it were possible to give zero stars for this product and their studying system. The content provided was outdated, I just took the SHRM-CP exam to find that all the material in the exam was not included in these note cards. Do not purchase

This product is a little more difficult for me to use, it works with concepts (see photos for example) instead of multiple choice questions. This style doesn't work as well for me, but it adds to what I'm already studying. In combination with other materials I think this has value, and the method they advocate makes sense.

Its a great concept however just a few issues:1. The outside says SHRM-CP on the labeling, however the flashcards themselves say SHRM-CP and SCP so I feel like I'm not focusing on the material I need for my test.2. There are A LOT of spelling errors and typo's. They need to be more careful on these type of errors considering they're supposed to be educational ...3. I just wish the cards were thicker or laminated. They're a little flimsy.

I've used other Mometrix products that were well made, but this particular product has multiple issues. There are some spelling errors, numbered lists on the front of the cards only have #1 and the remaining numbers are missing, and print on the back of the cards occasionally runs off the bottom of the card. Poor quality control. I'm very disappointed in this product.

These cards are thin pieces of paper that regurgitate, word for word, the information from their SHRM CP exam secrets book. The quality of the cards made them useless. Save your $ and make your own flash cards.

Helpful, overall good product. A bit annoying that they aren't already cut, you have to tear them apart. Spent 15 minutes doing this when I could have been studying instead. I also wish that this was just SHRM-CP material like I thought it would be, I feel as though I'm spending time on material that isn't as important. On the other hand, I can use these should I chose to advance my certification.
