Within the first 3 days of having this chain on my bag, it completely unraveled and fell apart. I didn't even touch it, all it did was exist, and then fall apart. On top of that the image they're using to advertise is clearly real fur, unlike the faux fur pom that is received. Although the item description now says "Faux" I don't remember it being described as that when I first purchased the item. Save your money and go with a different vendor for this item.

I bought this in June 2020 to use as a a self care/coping tool; as something tactile to help provide comfort when anxious and worried. It is VERY soft and fits nicely in my palm (I am a woman with small to medium sized hands) and is well suited for this purpose.I kept this in a bag to pull out for occasional use (maybe using it 4-5 times and when I pulled it out the other night (around September 1st), it came undone. There's a weird ball of what feels like polyester as the filling and I found that it is most definitely faux fur, not the 100% rabbit fur as advertised higher up in the ad/posting.

I bought the frost black large, with a wee bit of trepidation, as I couldn’t find an exact measurement for the large pom on the web page. I was hoping for 5”-6” inches. This pom measures 4” in diameter, so it’s smaller than I thought I wanted, but it turns out 4” is the ideal size for this particular handbag. The gradation in color—from black at the base to frost at the tips—is lovely, and is exactly the look I wanted. This pom is soft, symmetrical, and re-fluffed beautifully. I appreciate how there isn’t extra hardware attached (i.e., a keychain), as I’m using this just as a handbag decoration, and don’t need extraneous things attached. The price was great too, as it was a few dollars less than other poms I was considering. I would definitely repurchase. Thank you!

I searched for a bag charm because my mom and sisters have the same bag and we keep dropping our keys in each others bag! Problem solved! This puff makes my bag look more expensive and I LOVE the frosted black!

It broke within 3 days of using it. The fur ripped apart and came undone spilling the stuffing and the Keychain completely detached. Huge waste of money. There was no way to fix it either. The stitching is poor quality and the faux fur sheds constantly and doesn't feel nice. Will never buy from here again. I had others from other sellers and they have lasted over a year. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible purchase!!!!!! Part of the key chain fell apart right out of the package. I know it is supposed to be faux fur as I have several faux fur pom-pom bag charms. However, this one feels like old tatered teddy bear fur. I am so disappointed. Doesn't make sense to go through the hassle of sending it back. Gave it to my daughter to glue it on a school project. This is an expensive cotton ball dyed yellow. Don't do it. *sigh*

This is absolutely adorable and the perfect size for my small purse. My husband had no idea what it was and thought it was supposed to be a soot ball from the movie Spirited Away and I won't complain, they were adorable, too. I'm also glad to see one with silver hardware. The stores around me all love gold for some reason.

Bought this to replace a near identical one that got ratty and fell apart after months. This is softer, slightly smaller, and seems sturdier. Is it high quality? Probably not. But it's better than the average I've found in stores and online which is more than I was hoping for.
