A Transformative book for Healing and Growth

It's very well made, it was deeper and insightful. Did I cry a few times with the prompts? Yes. However, it did get me back into the flow of writing so it's definitely done it's job.

I don’t know why this book isn’t more popular and all over social media. It deserves so much more recognition and publicity! I have only started working through the exercises and although I was a bit reluctant to start free-writing about trauma straight off the bat, I liked the reassuring prompts at the start of the book including “if a certain exercise triggers you, skip it. It’s not worth doing. You can always return to it at a later time”. This book by Rupi Kaur should be in every therapists toolkit and owned by everyone who has experienced some degree of heartache, love, trauma and whose ultimate goal is healing. I also love how this is a flat lay book. It’s chunky but full of goodness. Only downside is some ?ink staining on the front and back cover, likely during packaging or transportation.

Really really good book particularly for those who like to journal but don't know where to start. ALso good for those who cant afford therapy/counselling and want to do their own work.

When I got the item, it came very dirty that I had to clean the front and back pages myself. Not the best condition but doing the job I guess
