This shoulder ice pack wrap exceeded my expectations. The gel pack stays cold for a long time, provides excellent coverage around the shoulder, and the wrap keeps everything securely in place without constantly needing to readjust it.The fit is comfortable, the straps are easy to adjust, and it's much more convenient than trying to balance a regular ice pack on your shoulder. This was great for me! I get a good hour from the cold. I got a size too big but it does the job!

I was looking forward to getting this shoulder cold pack because I have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders and it's difficult to balance ice packs on both shoulders. It seems to be made well enough and I love the purple color, but I now wish I had purchased the one that's dual sided,one with a softer side. Instead I have to place a towel under the pack and it's awkward. Also, I didn't figure how hard it was going to be to put the ice pack on properly when both shoulders are injured and have restricted mobility. Hopefully, you won't have two injured shoulders and will better equipped to put the pack in place. I bought the large size because I am a beefy gal, 5'2" and about 205. It is a good fit. The weight seems good and the straps look durable; if I could only reach around my arm to Velcro it closed. I hope this helps someone, as I often rely on reviews to decide on a purchase.
