I was looking for a product that could replace the inconvenience of slicing things such as eggs and I stumbled upon this one which had a great value for such a high quality product. The blades are very sharp and it’s easy to use, it cut straight through my boiled eggs without any issues. The indentation allows whatever you’re slicing to stay in place, that way, your eggs don’t roll off. It’s a very strong product so it can cut something as strong as carrots. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to make their kitchen life easier. Love it, especially for slicing hard boiled eggs.

I was suspicious that the serrated blades wouldn't help as the blades don't move back and forth over the item they are cutting. But I thought the metal blades might hold up better than wire. In fact, the blades smash the thing item they are suppose to be cutting. Worthless for eggs, not sturdy enough for fresh mushrooms.

The picture for this looks like it would be so sturdy, but it is far from it. The bottom of it moves from being made of a cheap metal making it hard for the blades to slice through and cut through properly. The picture is very deceiving for the durability of the design. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

What I like: The metal slicing blades instead of wire, this makes it much easier to use on strawberries etc. It cleans up so easy, manufacturer says dishwasher safe, but I have only hand washed so far.What I don't like: Cheaply constructed, but I purchased for about $7 so I expected it to be cheap. There is some play in the movement so sometimes the blades don't fully align with the slots and I have to open up a little and readjust.If you want an inexpensive slicer that basically gets the job done with no frills, this was not a bad purchase. I am sure there are better quality ones out there.

I like the blades and not the wires cheap ones with wire usually break

This has serrated blades rather than just a wire, really overkill for slicing an egg, and hard to clean. It also is hard to use to get a clean slice, very hard to slice one direction, then return and slice the other direction. Overall flimsy construction. Would not buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  To be honest:I was afraid to buy it because of the review that it smushes egg etc etc, but I bought it and everything is different from the Unfavourable reviews which were making me afraid to buy it because after buying, it slice the egg Nicely and symmetrical and better than wire slicer .There is no Smushes of the Egg as shown in video if you egg is properly boiled . I recorded video because to show in it how good this is .Slice Nicely .Good Quality and is better than other Slicers Having wires .All parts are made up of Stainless steelFully Satisfied 👍

This product is not good as an egg slicer as when you try to slice eggs the slicer blades mutilate the eggs and it all falls apart. May be good for bananas or something of the sort but not for eggs. Sorry I bought this.
