I really look forward to taking these every day. They taste so good, and not like they're trying to cover up some underlying weird taste like I've experienced with other products before. But in all honesty, even though I've been taking these for a good few months, I can't tell if they are making a difference to my hair. I'm not seeing any noticeable differences at least. Maybe I'll give them a break for a bit and see if i notice a decline in my hair and then come back and update again.
