Latch does not work
The latch is machined so it will not work. It only cooks 1/2 or less of the cooking surface. I would not recommend this host baking machine. I will try to improvise the next time I use it. The cooking time is about 2 1/2 times longer than other machines. No manufacturer email address is provided. I will try to contact the manufacturer.
