Well engineered bike rack. Assembly instruction were very good. I was worried initially because the instructions indicate the rack is for a Jeep. It is designed to provide clearance for the spare wheel on the back of a Jeep. I was concerned that the bikes were unnecessarily far away from the back of my Ford pick up. Guess what tho!!, I had clearance with the bikes on the rack to operate the tail gate. That is a game changer for road trips when the truck is full of people and gear and still have access to the bed!EXCELLENT BIKE RACK!!

This rack is very nice, well built and easy to put together. Hauls our new bikes fantastic. It is heavy but that means it is not some cheap metal rack. My only deal is I contacted the manufacturer in regards to registration for the warranty and as told many issues would need to be from who sold it. Not very good if the seller is a dealer for them imho.

Assembly took a bit however it is well constructed and Fits our jeep and still allows access to cargo area while bikes are on it. Exactly what you need if you have a rear mounted spare tire.

Bike rack has a lever that extends downward which is used to tilt the rack into an upright position when empty. HOWEVER, when bikes are loaded, the lever is the lowest point on the rack.When I pulled out of the parking lot today, the lever "engaged" on a bump in the asphalt and disengaged the rack (AND MY BIKE) into an unlocked position resulting in my new rack dragging across the road.I stopped immediately (in the middle of the road) and put on my hazards. Got out of the car and re-secured the rack and my bike while embarrassingly holding up traffic in both directions.The rack isn't ruined, but scraping along the asphalt isn't really how I expected this rack to work. BEWARE!

Easy to assemble, didn’t. Take long to put together, clear instructions, love how it can raise & lower, like the spare tire access

Works as advertised. Clears the 35 inch spare tire on the back when folding it up and with the bikes on the rack. I have only used it for a short distance, but I don’t see a problem going on a long trip with both bikes.

Biggest peice of crap I've ever put a bike on. My bike fell off twice. The wheel holder fell off on the first trip 3 miles down the road, damaging the gears. The hinge to keep the bike on flattened my tire. The company almost got a lawsuit. This is a $ 3500 mountian bike.

This thing works great. Just make sure you secure your bicycle properly and nothing should happen.
