Such a great upgrade to my MTB! Quality is solid and the length is perfect! Easy to install and the color is discrete. Make sure you have headset spacers because you might need them!

I had the first one on my budget/beater hardtail for 3 years before putting it on a road bike a year ago. Bought the second one about a year ago when (slowly) rebuilding that hardtail into a full rigid bike and have had it on for several rides now. Both have proven themselves durable and have given me no issues. As with any parts structural parts it’s good to check them frequently for wear or damage, but like I said, no issues from them.

There are chips in the finish. The are NOT hidden when installed. Did I get a used part? Face it, it's a budget part. It is made well enough. The color ... I gambled and lost. I wanted blue It is more aqua. I'll stick to black next time. I replaced my factory 35mm carbon bars with after market aluminum bars. I couldn't find 35mm, clamping area, bars with the rise I wanted, so this 31.8 mm clamping part. I do feel a bit bad putting this on my super expensive week old MTB, but deep down I'm cheap. A part that weighs 10+ grams less won't help me ride any better.

What can I say? Really good stem for $10. I ride desert Single track on a hard tail xc bike. Nothing too demanding but do have the odd 3-4ft drop offs into washes. Wanted to bring my bars in a little closer for better comfort and control so this was going to be a test stem to see if I got on with the closer to centre position with the intention of getting a "better" one if it worked for me. Install was easy enough, had to add 5mm to the stack as the clamp was a little narrower then the old one. I also used the fasteners from my old one as they were black and a better quality. Took a few goes to get the bars where I liked them so go easy on the torquing until you've found your sweet spot. Couple of rides in and I really cannot see the point of spending any more money as this stem is doing the job and looks great. Time will tell but I don't see any problems. Go for it. Cheap and functional.

This replacement Short Handlebar Stem fit perfectly and was a much needed upgrade for my road bicycle that I've been meaning to do for a while. I've already ordered another as well. I'll be sure to order additional replacement/upgrade parts from this seller. Thanks guys! Ed

Put on my Ridstar Q20, left a gap in the stem and I dont know what to do to fix it. Wanted to contact them but there wasnt a choice, I am still gonna use it though and it feels like a good quality item
