I have a 1/2 dozen of these, and place them on the straps on my ball caps. The glow factor is not nearly as bright as a Suunto, but how often do you really need that. This one is 1/3 the cost.

Great little compass, especially for the price. Very lightweight and grows bright. Knocking off 1 star becuase I wish it would have came with a strap for your wrist but I made my own.

Worked well for about 2 weeks, now sticks and spins with no correlation to direction.

It’s a small compass that fits on a watch strap and points North. I ordered it, it arrived, I put it on a watch and it works!

The size/form-factor, appearance, materials used and accuracy are very good. However, the capsule is not dustproof or waterproof. Mine has filled up with dust and has become dark amd murky. It is almost unreadable during the day and absolutely unreadable at night. The dust settles down after I hang my watch up. But once I put it on and start moving, it stirs up the dust again. People complaining about accuracy need to reasess their observations and ensure there are no ferrous materials about and that they create a level plane, which definitely would affect acccuracy. I compared it to Cammenga and Suunto lensatic compasses amd north was the same on all of them; good for quick reference for a bearing. I would buy another if it were dustproof.

Does not point north. It obviously follows some magnetism but reading is not even close to accurate.
