Foam Roller (6x24, Blue)

I was very disappointed with this roller as it is one of the few 24 inch rollers available. The roller is smooth and as a result, you slip off; the roller itself also slips while you're using it. I have other rollers similar to this and my experience with those is very different.I returned this roller as it did not provide me with the kind of use I was expecting.

This is a great tool for your active recovery routine.

I used it to get the knots out of my back muscle. the length and the hardness are just right. love it
