How many pairs of chopsticks does it include?

One pair. You just have to pass them around if you're using them for a game.

I feel like wooden Jenga works due to the very slight difference in block sizes, which allows you to remove them. Do these all stick together?

The blocks are made of plastic. Therefore, making them slippery. However, you can still stack the sushi blocks together and they stay together like the regular wood jenga.

I see that they are little containers. Can you put real jenga blocks in them for heavier pieces?

Jenga blocks will not fit in these.

Can I use the chopsticks to eat real sushi?

I guess, but its a toy so i don't recommend it.
