I started off with another slightly more expensive brand of black seed oil but then switched to this one. I like this one much better because the pills are easier to swallow. This is great for people who have allergies or respiratory issues. Really works to control this weird cough I get that comes and goes. I haven't experienced any side effects other than I lost a few inches. I haven't weighed myself but my clothes fit looser and I can fit into clothes I haven't been able to fit into in several years. It was gradual so I didn't notice at first. My co-worker actually noticed before I did. LOL. I have the oil as well but I've only used it topically to grow my hair so far.

I'm not sure about the pain relief aspect but, they definitely have medicinal value. I can take these and not have a bad after taste or prolonged effects of the after taste if I burp. This is a very palatable product. I'll be ordering these again in the future. ISA

The taste & smell when trying to swallow these capsules is so gross! I wished they came in the form of a tablet with the same benefits. That being said I have noticed that when I wash my hair that I’m not getting as much hair coming in my fingers as I run the hair conditioner throughout my hair which is medium length, a bit past my shoulders. Hope this helps‼️🌹
