They work well
Pros: This is a great way to improve grip and hand strength without working your entire body. I use these a day or two after a heavy deadlift session to keep my grip lock tight. The gripper is solid and hasn't shown any signs of wear at all.Cons: It can really tear the middles of your fingers up after a while. I would also recommend cleaning them after a few uses to remove any grease that may have come from your hands.

i try to use this but it is too hard maybe they can make the spring out of soft rubber
instead of metal like they did and I will be able to squich the handles together? The way they have make it the spring is made out of metal and it is too hard to squish the silver handles together how do they expect people to do that we are not all muscel men out here this is the real world not ARNOLD SHWARTZENAGGER ASSHOLEDS! I feel like it is too hard for people who are just ragular people to do it?

Great gripper
I can't verify if it is really 250 lb. gripper but I find it an excellent gripper. not only do you get a good workout but the checkered metal handles toughen up your hand nicely. after a month of use my grip strenght has increased dramatically and added nice definition to my arms. This will hurt your hand but only until you get used to it. highly recommend. Good price, good product.

Great Product
I recommend that you start off with the 100 lb gripper first. All the people at the gym, except for the ones that can lift really heavy such 35 lb dumbbell curl for 8 reps,, couldn't even do one rep with this 250 lb gripper. I can only complete 3 reps, but I have noticed my grip getting stronger. I have been using this grip for than 3 months and have not noticed the gripper losing resistance.

Look Out!!!
If you used to workout with grip strength grips before and haven't for a long while then you may want to start out on an easier gripper. These guys are pretty tough. try a 200 or even a 150 first and get used to then before working on these.

Strong and squeaky
Solid Quality, 250 is very difficult. I do 3/4 reps for now. Already getting stronger after 1 week. The grips quickly take on the sound of a good workout in bed ;)

Mammoth Hand Grippers
It must take a Mountain of Man to actually squeeze the 250 lb gripper all the way closed with one hand, even one time. These things are awesome, but consider the 150 lb gripper as a start. Then move up to the 200 lb gripper when you are ready.
