Needs a 2.0 but looks great
Looks great and the build is very fun, it has shelf presence for how big it is. However the large GN Sword is too heavy for the arm to hold up by itself (you can stiffen the joints, either with a very thin layer of superglue you let cure before assembly or some kinds of tapes, such as one on the market called Joint Guard or similar). Also it uses the 'emotion manipulator' hands, these are multi-piece hands that were multi-stage injection moulded on the runner but while this is ingenious manufacturing it makes the fingers prone to popping off and disappearing (I lost an index finger, no idea where it went, it's just gone), and the shorter blades/daggers connected at the hip, the hip connector is atrocious and loves to fall apart if jostled. I would say it is good value for money but I'd keep an eye on Bandai's information for a 2.0 of this kit.

Not the best MG
I have a few MG Gunplas built (7 including Exia) and I got to say this is probably my least favorite one so far. It is one of the models that does not ship with a pose stand by default and honestly, this is one that really needs a stand. I understand they can be purchased separately and aren't terribly expensive but... yeah... I need to buy a stand for this Gunpla. It is the only Gunpla I've built so far with articulation in the foot. While this is great for posing and getting many exclusive poses out of Exia... without a stand, Exia is difficult to pose (or even stand). I currently have Exia "standing" idle and somewhat braced against a wall so it doesn't fall forward and break. My other completed Gunplas that did not include a stand can pose fine. Whether "standing" idle or in their more iconic stances (without a stand). I do not fear them tumbling over because the foot sudden shifts due to the various joints. So yeah... I like Exia... but just a heads up to anyone else thinking of purchasing this Gunpla; grab a stand (sold separately) to go with it.
