Pretty Fun Stuff. Really takes off Fast.
I'm a newbie at this stuff. My choice of brew is the purest of high percentage Vodka I can do. A brew that I can run my car off of is I have to. however, this Turbo Yeast seems to really work well and very hard in the beginning. Perhaps that's what the 48 means? My bubbler was really 'boiling' at first... impressive. After about two days the bubbles slowed way down to a few burps per minute. After 8 days, , I ran off about 55%alc AVB. Not bad, but I want more. I'm changing my yeast to 'Classic 8' Turbo, and see what happens. Hope some of this helps a bit...

This stuff is really fast works really good.

Missed the Mark
Did not produce ABV as claimed. Tested after 48 hours, 2%, tested again in 5 days, almost 5%. Tested after 2 weeks, still 5%.
