Great Set of Cables for Programming a Lot of Radios!
This Mirikit 7-in-1 cable set works great! I have a Baofeng BP-F8HP and UV-5G, along with a Yaesu FT-65R. Each of the three radios use a different connector for programming. This would have meant purchasing extra cables. Now I don't have to with this Mirikit 7-in-1! I have programmed each successfully with the Mirikit cable. It's easy to use. All you need to do is find the correct connector for your radio. One end goes into the USB side and into your computer. The other end goes into the radio. Because you're not buying the manufacturer's cables, it is going to look different than what the Mirikit provides. I'd suggest going on YouTube to determine which of the ports on the radio to connect the cable into. For instance, with the Yaesu FT-65R, I had thought I needed to connect both the SP and MIC ports. There was actually a connector that fit this perfectly. But it didn't work. I was scratching my head for quite a few minutes, trying to figure out why Chirp cannot communicate with the radio. Then, I jumped on YouTube and saw that I need only connect to the MIC port on the radio with another cable. Things started working! Overall, I highly recommend this kit, especially if you intend to start collecting radios as I do. Like any hobby, with Amateur Radio, you soon realize you need a different radio for a different need. Or, you just want to try out the different radios and play with them to see how they work, until you find the one that fits you. Having a Mirikit 7-in-1 programming cable set means you spend little less money on programming cables and have less of a rat's nest of cables in your ham box-o-cables. And yes, these use the bonafide FTDI chipsets, which means Windows 10 won't reject you and prevent you from using the cable.

Perfect cable covering ALL your radio programming needs.
Purchased to use with Baofeng DM32 DMR radios. Computer recognized the chip and drivers were already installed. Worked great with CPS software for Anytone 878 UVII Plus, Quanshengs, Baofengs and so many other with the wide variety of connector combinations. I have radios from so many different companies and having one kit that allows me to manage every radio I own is soooo nice. No more searching for a special cable lost in the miles of cables in my radio room drawers. Excellent quality just as you expect from Mirkit products.

ftrdi serial uart cable for multiple radios
I got this cable as I was having issues getting my various radios programed on my computer was hoping for a more universal cable that would be a one and done solution and this cable has all the different ends that many radios have allowing me to consolidate my others into a single cable. However I am not able to use this cable with windows 11 it does work with my imac using mac osx so I am still in the same boat with having to have multiple cables and use different computers to program the radios that I have would be great if I could contact Mirkit to get the software that was mentioned as available by request.

Great cable, great price, multiple radios!
I purchased this cable specifically to program a Quansheng UV-K5, which it did without error. I then wondered if it would work with my Yaesu FT-65. While the Yaesu-labelled cable didn't work, the Motorola one did without error! Saweet! The braided cable is flexible, durable and the embedded FTDI chip works flawlessly.

Works with uvr-17 pro
Legit cable . Has a chip in the master cable that required a few updates and restarts on my system. Make sure your drivers are up to date and you can locate it on the COMM ports. The included adapter is short and reached into the recessed jack on my radio. Works with Chris software I can program my walkie talkie. Has a bunch of other connections now to do some other ones.

Quality cable, works with Baofeng!
This product was pretty plug n play, I used it to connect to my baofeng UV-5r and program it using the chirp software. This brand of cable comes recommended by many other hams and I can see why. The braided cable makes it feel high quality, and the many adapters means you’re future proofing yourself for new radios you might get. A good, budget friendly choice!
