8 Private Property no Trespassing Sign 9 x 12 Inch

I received my order as promised and the signs were as described. I love the fact that they're waterproof. It actually stood the test of time in the heavy rains that we've had in Los Angeles, California lately. The MM self adhesive tape is what I purchased separately to taped on wall outside the house. It works well if wall is clean and dry when first applied.April 18th 2017, unfortunately, the sign is completely blank, all the colors and writing has disappeared and no longer visible. This has been since February and they're fading one by one. Unfortunately I would not buy them again.

These signs are very visible. They were very easy to nail on the trees on my property. This is good value for the money.

Material cracks when you drive a nail through it to fasten it to a tree, post etc.. Not very durable.

Great value, they are very thin, but I needed a large quantity and these fit the bill.

These signs do the job at first but if exposed to direct sunlight they fade. I’ve replaced my first set in less than a year.

Signs provide a clear message, people just don't care or can't read.

Within 2 months the red color began to fade. At 6 months writing wasn’t even legible at a distance of about 40 feet (about the distance from road center to posted property line) At one year they were just a funky white/grey color. I wouldn’t recommend these even at their low price. I tried to save a little $$ since I have so much area to cover and buy a LOT of signs and like to keep the signs “fresh”. At @ $1.40 each from a local hardware store for the HyKo brand, I found out the HyKo cost more but I have some of those still looking pretty good after 5 years in the elements. I wound up purchasing a 100 count roll of entirely different brand here off of Amazon, at less than 30 cents each. So far so good with those. I will write a review after 1 year of those being out in the elements when the time comes. Meanwhile, save your money and go with a different brand.

Good quality sturdy signs

Flimsy and flexible plastic. Had to screw sign to a board so it’s sturdy. Had the signs out for about 6 weeks and they faded drastically. Unable to return to seller as it’s past 30 days. Would NOT buy again.

They look horrible.It's like they printed them and just stuck them into an envelope. All the ink is smudged.
