Nothing like the picture
First off, the item you receive is not even the same color. It’s bright blue with white tassels. Also, the top barely comes underneath your bra, and the skirt does not wrap all the way around. I’m a size 2/4 and i ordered large and it would fit my child.

Cheaply Made
I am a size 6. I ordered a large/10 to be safe and can’t even barely fit it. It’s probably a 2/4! Very cheap thin material as well.
