I ahve an e-bike and this helmet is perfet for that. Very comfortable and lightweight. LED lights work perfect and are very btight. Easy to adjust the size exept the chin strap. You have to take the velchro coushin off to adjust it. I'm 6'4" and have a big head and the helmet fits fine, the chin strap is on the biggest setting but it fits fine. The The helmet isn't even close to being on the biggest setting for my head and fits perfect so it's true to size. The visor blocks sun, wind and bugs perfectly. There's also a clear visor that I saw you can swap it out with for night ridding.

my son and I started taking up riding bikes and decided that we probably should be safe and get helmets to wear. Has no surprise when looking on the app there are thousands and thousands of selections out there. This particular helmet looked appealing because it had a visor and LED lights and it looks like it was a more comfortable fit than some of the ones that are out there. when the helmets arrived, I was not disappointed. The item has a good look and feel as it appears to be well-made and it's very comfortable to wear. There is an adjustment knob in the back that can help you tighten or loosen after the initial fit is done. The helmet has some air vents where it keeps it from getting too hot on your head, but you feel secure. The chinstrap is comfortable and adjustable.Make sure before you order to measure your actual head so that you can get the correct size. you'll have to check the chart on the listing, but I believe if your head is bigger than 22 1/2 inches you'll need an extra large and if it's under that, then you will go accordingly from there. Two thumbs up for this particular helmet I would definitely purchase one again and probably Will as my daughter now wants to start riding with my son and I. Highly recommended.

Good Helmet! It is very comfortable, I especially love the padded strap. Easy to adjust, just twist the knob in back. The lights seem cool, but they shouldn’t be your sole source of light. It won’t guide your slay at night so to speak. But easy charge vis usb. The visor is nice and far enough from your face to allow glasses. It’s attractive and doesn’t weigh a ton. Good price point and I feel very safe.

This is a Great Helmet ! Fit, Comfort, Contraction Venalation all great,. I would prefer to have more than 1 setting where the light in front is white,. But it's just the 1st option - solid white in front with solid red (not flashing) in back.Every other option turns the front light Red - so you have red in front and back if you select a lashing option.It's still a great helmet, adjustable, easy to put on/take off , secure - quality at a good price.Just wish it gave you a "white in front with flashing red in back" option.

Just got a new Commuter E-bike and needed a newer helmet that is comfortable for long distances, is safe for speeds up to 28mph, and has lights for night riding as well as day rides. I saw many and chose this ILM helmet for several reasons. Comes with a nice wide visor that can be retracted when not needed and is good for shading daylight sun and well as blocking the wind on my face. The helmet itself is extremely comfortable and when adjusted just right is a snug fit good for securing to your head in case of a spill or fall. The lights are simple and functional for getting people's attention to your presence. The price was reasonable for its build quality and features. Just the right amount of tech to avoid glitches that come with over engineered/featured helmets that are high priced and difficult to keep working without failures. I will be looking at getting more helmets from ILM for different seasons so I can ride all year long on my bike. Thanks ILM for making such a good product!

Great Bike Helmet! Love the drop down visor - it's shaped well so no air leaks into your eyes. Fits well over glasses. Helmet is lightweight and comfortable to wear - adjustment knob in back workes well.

This is an awesome helmet. It is comfortable, functional and well made. It also enhances your visibility with the LED lights, front and rear built into the helmet. The dark clear visor is great when riding into the sun on sunny, bright days. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I had an accident, and this helmet didn't save my head. This is a great helmet for people riding pedal powered bikes, but nothing faster. During a crash at roughly 20 mph I was tossed over the handlebars and landed head first on asphalt. I suffered a serious concussion and was knocked out from the moment of impact until the ambulance doors were closed. The padding inside the helmet is rather stiff and caused abrasions on my scalp. There also a lot of wind noise at high speeds, but that's to be expected from this style helmet.The great features of it are as follows. It stays put. I'm told it was still on my head when the EMTs arrived. The lights on the front and back are awesome increasing visibility day and night. The visor is slightly tinted so I don't need sunglasses and I can also see through it at night in brightly lit areas. The outer shell remained intact and didn't have any cracks. It's quite scuffed up, but the hospital let me keep it, and that's a good sign.It's a good value and a nice helmet, but imho, the padding leaves a lot to be desired. That's why I gave three stars.
