This is my third P.F., an ordered "Hourglass" (2+ weeks ago, high demand I guess), a "mini-Beluga" and this "Bunta". I have many top brands and favorites that are outstanding but these P.F.'s do compete admirably.On to the Bunta. Quite impressive.It has good weight, solid build, great ergos, sharpness and obvious great workmanship and Q.C.What most impressed me was the action. Some have mentioned it being "rough" to open which for me wasn't the case. The fullers edge for me is not nearly as sharp as some have mentioned. The flipper, the same.It snaps open and it drops so smoothly it was obviously tuned perfectly and the blade was centered and sharp. I like the blade shape/geometry, and it is ground evenly. Unique enough to be different, good cutting edge.The materials are well chosen to keep this in the budget range at $30 +or-.Highly recommend! Petrified Fish looks like a force to be reckoned with

The media could not be loaded. I’ve heard some really good things about Petrfied Fish knives! I like multiple deployment and I saw this one in my price range and thought I’d give it a try! I wasn’t disappointed! This is a very impressive knife for the $32 I paid! The action is snappy, buttery smooth and drop shut on release of the liner lock! The ergonomics are awesome just feels great in the hand! The D2 blade is 3.5 inches and came razor sharp! It’s a mid size knife almost 8 inches overall! My favorite size! Has a reversible clip that attaches under the g10 scales, so no screws to catch on your pocket! Blade opens several ways! The hole in the blade is well designed and placed for thumb open or reverse flick! Can’t say enough good things about this knife! Really like it!

As others have stated in previous reviews, this is an exceptional value for the price. It has everything you need in a knife for EDC. It opens with a solid flick, stays steady and no wobble after it’s open, the blade is sharp out of the box and the handle feels comfortable in my hand.Two points that are slightly negative;1. Shipped/delivered past it’s expected date and that was projected to be over 2 weeks and it was late.2. Shipped with 2 extra screws, not 6 per the description (and no sticker-no big deal)Would have been nice to include a properly sized allen wrench for said screws, feedback to the manufacturer for future packaging.

Fit and finish is great. Blade is very sharp. Great knife for the money.

Really well made, especially for the price. I liked it as soon as I opened it and it's now my primary daily carry knife. I do wish the handle was a little bit slimmer, but that's more personal preference and it still feels really nice in your hand. The finish on the blade is immaculate, and it is a very smooth opening knife. Really solid buy in my opinion.

The media could not be loaded. This knife is such a great value. We'll built, feels solid, has D2 blade steel, feels great in hand, and the action is great. I also like the sturdy deep carry pocket clip.I did have to take it apart to clean it up. No big deal if you have the tools. It shipped with way too much oil that was all over the place in the liners. It cleaned up real nice. Now it drops shut and the detent, which was too strong in my opinion, is now perfect. I can middle finger flick it open as well. It's heavier and bigger than I thought it was going to be but it rides well in the pocket. To middle finger flick it you need to use the tip of your finger, not the nail.D2 is a great knife steel however, it can rust fairly easily. To keep this blade from rusting you just need to wipe it down with mineral oil every now and then. Especially if you find yourself in a more damp or humid environment. Keeping this blade in a nice thin coat of mineral oil will keep it looking as good as possible.
