Remove bottle from bowl and fill with water. Place bowl on top of bottle like a lid then flip it so the bowl is on the bottom and the water will start flowing into the bowl. As the pet drinks, water slowly flows into the bowl until it is empty and ready to be refilled again.

Q: Is this product made in america? does it say it on the package? also, is this product bpa free?

I purchased this item and can tell you it says embossed in the bottom of tray “made in the USA” - HOWEVER clearly the description of their item says CHINA. Maybe they have since changed manufacturing source since I bought it last year. Or maybe the water jug portion is made in China. It has no markings and it stinks if plastics SOOOO bad. They don’t say BPA free just that it’s free of chemicals. Very vague

It keeps water in the drink bowl as long as there is water in the container. You do not have to do anything to it. Works great

No you have to pick up the reservoir and turn over in order to fill. I do want to point out mine after about a week started to leak (I think the stop gap on the cap to the reservoir was faulty so it didn’t sense when the bowl was full and keep slowly releasing water) until it overflowed. I would not recommend
