I'm not sure if these are fake but can't take the chance
Two came separate with cardboard sleeves. The other 4 pack were in plastic sleeves. I can't tell if that is a bad sign. Ordered a set from AutoZone and all 6 had cardboard sleeve. They may be OEM as they were no different from local auto zone shop.

PSA those spark plugs are replicas. NOT GENUINE NGK PRODUCT.
These are fake NGKs. They are made in Shanghai whereas real ones are made in Japan. I trashed them after I installed them and car threw a misfire code. Contacted NGK and to my surprise, they have no manufacture in Shanghai!!!

It's a spark plug...at a better price than the dealership
Spark plugs arrived in decent shape and I did not have any issues during installation into Honda Pilot. The plugs are pre-gapped, but I checked with a feeler gauge to confirm accuracy.
