I recently finished the container and thought the taste was not my favorite. I definitely felt very energized after chugging it down and helped me for my workout! I wouldn’t get this flavor again but would explore the others.

HOWEVER … The amount of caffeine is waaay too much for me - and I drink about 6 diet cokes per day. I started my day with this and was very happy I wasn’t working that day (after all, I teach first grade!!)! 😂😂🙂

great for when i dont have time to eat breakfast in the morning but can just drink my nreakfast as i work, while also (maybe) helping with my weight, havnt really been keeping track on that account.

I was surprised so many people said this tastes awful. This is my second round using this shake as a meal replacement for my weight loss. The first time it helped me tremendously and I lost 30lbs using this while also paying attention to what I was esting. I wasn’t working out at that time besides working as a supervisor. This time around I just started it but I’ve already lost 6lbs. I think it tastes great, I use 8oz of almond milk and a scoop of PB2 added in. No it doesn’t mix that well but I have a shaker cup and it’s not extremely terrible and I make do with it basicallly being all blended together. I highly recommend this. It tastes good, it gives you a great boost in the morning and it curves hunger for hours!

This can be an aid, for your diet to burn extra calories and stop that hunger feeling when dieting. Great taste like drinking a real chocolate shake!!!!!Great price!!!!it can cost more in retail stores and Pharmacies.
