Works GREAT!
I read many reviews talking about how the product doesn't work well. I have not had that experience. I've used many times and it has work perfectly every time. I use a piece of 2 x 4 as my striking surface on a cement floor. I would agree if using this device on a soft striking surface it would not function properly. The cost was very reasonable. Would buy again.

Does what it is advertised to do.
I have used this bullet puller several times. It requires several hard taps to dislodge the bullet but it saves the bullet and powder without any visible damage. So far it has held up very well. No complaints about the price.I recommend this product.

Surprisingly durable
I bought this because i have a few misfired rounds (dented primers on really old ammo) and i looked at it. It's just plastic and aluminum thinking I'm going to break it on the first couple whacks and be out $13. But thankfully that was not the case. The product is holding nicely and pulled over 50 rounds so far. The instructions could be clearer and more then 1 picture that's the only reason I rated it at 4 stars.

Does the job
Keeps hold of the bullet and removes it easily.

Works and has not broken
It works does what its supposed to , it does feel like it will break due to the hard plastic hammering head but it has not broken or chipped yet . Use a solid surface to hit against like concert floor with a solid striking surface and a swift blow most will dislodge with one or two blows .

Works great
I needed to pull 1/2 dozen 5.56 rounds apart. This did the trick. Now, here’s my suggestion. Whack it on wood. I don’t know why it matters. But for me it did.

Works. Collet broke eventually.
The media could not be loaded. I had about 2k round of 40cal that needed to be pulled. I got the puller and got to thwacking.Powder flies out the top. I understand why it's open but it just makes a mess so I taped it up.The little foam bumper at the bottom of the tube eventually fell out and is lost somewhere. The screw cap kept backing off. I tried Teflon tape to help get a snug fit but that doesn't last because your taking it off and on over and over. It wasn't until about 800 rounds in that it broke in and it sticks pretty good now.The collet lugs that hold the rim of the cartridge deform and eventually break off. I was using the collet size recommend by the manual. For the average user I think the design is just fine and will serve most people for a good long time. Probably a lifetime. For my purposes, sitting down and pulling bullets for an hour straight over and over, it's just not practical. Once I'm done pulling these bullets I hope to never need to use this tool again so I'm glad this little tool was so affordable.

Still going strong after over 500 bullets
I used this to take apart over 500 300 AAC Blackout cartridges and a few dozen 5.56 cartridges. The crimped bullets take a few more hard whacks to get out but they DO come out. This thing is CRAZY STUPID DURABLE! I've been beating the living cr@p out of this thing and it's not showing any signs of coming apart or failing in any way. I've been using pieces of fir 2x4 as a striking surface, but the wood is clearly too soft. I've turned 3 pieces of of wood into splinters with this bullet hammer and it's still working great. Super high recommendation for this!Update: I didn’t make it to 600. The aluminum triangular disks for the size I use most finally wore out. They won’t hold a cartridge anymore. Now the ethical dilemma: return it because it broke within the return period or buy another because I got good use out it. Should it have lasted longer or did I get reasonable service out of it?Update Update: I returned it AND purchased another so I'll have a spare. I've got about 2000 rounds to tear down and I don't want to damage the bullets with a temperamental collet puller. I may need a third... I'll post pics and videos soon.
