The bike arrived packaged well with only a few minor marks. Must have been in storage a while as there was some rust on the fender support arms. A little touch-up hid those. The only real setup was attaching the pedals and airing up the tires. I had some difficulty removing the battery from the frame. I didn’t realize the key was part of the battery and had to be removed before the battery would slide out. Duh! The manual instructs you to remove the external charging cover, but made no mention of removing the key before removing the battery.A few test rides while waiting for the battery to charge revealed the derailleur needed some adjustments. A derailleur guard was provided but it wasn’t installed. I elected to install it because of the way the bike folds/unfolds for transport or when removing the battery. The bike is heavy and it would be easy to tilt it to one side, bending the derailleur.The seat is typical stiff OEM, but that is a common issue. A larger and softer seat was needed for my old derrière. There are no pre-drilled holes for a bottle cage, so keep that in mind. Many other options are available however.The bike performed well, meeting claims about speed. However, I do wish companies would configure these bikes as Class 2 so they would be legal in most places. Allow the user to set it to Class 3 if they choose to be the exception to the laws. I did manage to reduce all speeds to comply with local laws. The throttle will not exceed the speed of the current PAS level.We rode some steep dirt roads, stopping half way up. Starting mid grade was no problem for this motor. The bike is not as nimble on the road with these wide tires and wheels. It makes up for that on dirt and rocky roads. I really like these one-piece wheels without spokes. Heavier, but really solid.I will add that Vitilan support has been extremely helpful up to this point. Answers are clear with reference to videos to assist you.

The bike arrived in 4 days much to my pleasant surprise. It was very well packaged and easy to assemble as it was pretty much ready to go except for a few things. This is my only Ebike, so I have nothing to compare it to, but this thing is a blast and I ride it every chance I get. I live in a very hilly area and it pulls the hills better than expected. After adding some saddlebags and a rear view mirror, it quickly became my goto errand vehicle. I get over 20 miles per charge, but again a lot of hills to climb here, so would get much more in city conditions. I do live next to some great mountain trails and plan to try it out more there this weekend. My decision as to what type of bike to buy changed as I did my research. I was going to but a more traditional mountain bike style, but realized that I am really not comfortable when riding my mountain bike as my lower back suffers and the pressure on my hands gets old quickly. This bike is so much more comfortable!!! The upright riding position is far superior for me, and yet I think it will tackle most of my riding trails with ease. No jumps, but should be sufficient. Having a throttle is extra nice in tight uphill single track situations where the surge of the pedal assist might cause you to go off trail. In those situations, a slight feathering of the throttle will get you past the exposed roots or whatever, and then you can jump back into pedal assist mode. It is especially nice that throttle mode is always instantly active as needed. The headlight is plenty bright for night riding and the brake light and blinkers are a good safety feature for night riding. Unless you want to strictly ride on single track mountain trails, this style of bike is the one to get. When I have to take my car in for service, I will pop this into the back of my SUV or trunk and ride away for shopping or whatever with no rush on the service as I will be having fun instead of sitting in a waiting room. The manual is not the greatest as it misses a few things but you can figure it out after playing with the electronics some. There are many adjustable settings mentioned that are for things that make no sense to me, but the things most people would change do make sense once you learn the system. Know that the bike arrived without the correct wheel size programed in, so your speed and distance will be off until you learn to change that setting in the system. After changing it to the proper 20" wheel setting, I have checked it with my GPS app and it is now pretty accurate. I hope this bike wears well, but looks to be a quality machine. Buy it!

The bike is great and really fun to use! It did come with the left brake overtightened causing a squeaky noise when riding but after some minor adjustments no more squeaky tires!

Il y a beaucoup de points positifs et quelques points négatifs à dire sur ce vélo. Après quelques semaines d’utilisation voici ce que j’en pense.Premièrement il est puissant, je savais que ça roulerait vite mais ce qui m’a impressionné c’est sa force pour monter les pentes même sans aide de nos jambes. Il accélère très rapidement donc c’est parfait quand on fait un arrêt à une intersection et que l’on doit repartir. L’écran couleur est joli. Dans le programme du vélo vous pouvez ajuster beaucoup de paramètres, comme par exemple la vitesse maximale. Si vous ne voulez pas, dépasser par exemple, 30 km heures, vous pouvez le programmer pour qu’il ne dépasse pas cette vitesse. Vous pouvez aussi ajuster chaque ratio de l’assistance au pédalage. Comme par exemple, PAS1 1-20% PAS2 20%-40% PAS3 40%-60% PAS4 60%-80% PAS5 80%-100% ou si vous voulez PAS1 1-33% PAS2 33%-70% PAS3 70%-100%Ce que j’aime moins, il est très lourd et difficile à plier donc oubliez la facilité de transport en voiture. Je vous conseil même d’être deux personnes pour le mettre dans le coffre et le sortir. Autre point négatif, les freins ne faisaient pas de bruit la première semaine mais maintenant ils grincent lorsque je m’en sert c’est un peu agaçant.J’aime quand même le choix que j’ai fait en achetant ce vélo et je le recommande.

Im a big guy 6'1 300lb with a bad back so i needed a bike that was sturdy enough yet easy to use.v3is built like a tank and a dream to ride. we have a pair of them an do 30k rides a couple times a week and only on level 1 or 2 with the batery not even droping a notch(1-5)ì upgraded the seat to something a bit more comfortable but right out of the box it was a solid win. the foulding action make its super easy to store or transport. sitting more upright adds to the comfort on the arms neck shoulders and lower back.i will give this bike 10 stars
